It's a guest house and not a hotel. We had to wait outside for about 40 minutes before the lady came and let us in.

This hotel was perfect!! Extremely clean and modern. The location was great. There are coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores and train all with in steps of the property. It is in a safe neighborhood. I walked around by myself and night and I was fine. The best part of my whole ten day stay was Emanuel, the owner. He helped us with every thing that we needed. He recommended things for us, filled me up with tons of coffee in the common kitchen, even went as far as to buy hangers for my friend!!
I would Definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property. Thank you Emanuel for making our trip one to remember!!

About 2 blocks from the metro. They provide Italian style of coffee and simple pastries for very light/european style of breakfast. You cannot cook in the kitchen, but between the mini fridge in your room and the fridge in the kitchen you can have snacks and stuff to make sandwiches easily. There is a Conad (grocery store) right around the corner. Walking distance to the Vatican and Castel Sant’Angelo. About an hour walk to Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. Very clean rooms and the owner is very friendly.

Location in prossimità della fermata metro Cipro, adiacente zona Vaticano. Camera pulita e ben servita, al piano terreno e di ottima finitura, comoda. Accoglienza e disponibilità del signor Emanuele, con esaustive spiegazioni sulle attività, orari e varie. Sicuramente al nostro ritorno a Roma sarà un sicuro appoggio per alloggiare sicuri, grazie.

Great location to see Rome, 5 minutes walk to a metro station, 15 minutes walk to Vatican. Very safe area with restaurants, coffee shops, etc..
The Facility is perfectly maintained and very comfortable, we had a great stay there.
