Pessima esperienza! Invece di una struttura alberghiera si tratta di affittacamere. Al telefono ho trovato una persona maleducata ed arrogante dedicata all’accoglienza con delle risposte raccapriccianti. Ma la cosa peggiore è che pur avendo parlato con il proprietario per una soluzione mi sono trovato addebitato l’importo totale nonostante non abbia pernottato e usufruito di alcun servizio. struttura da scartare con tanta scelta su Roma! Fate attenzione !

Located in a beautiful building in a strategic position, near the Roma Termini station and 20 minutes from the Colosseum. The rooms are spotless, spacious and well cared for, well soundproofed and equipped with all comforts, absolutely within the standard price for the services offered. Andrea, the boy who greeted us was very kind and helpful. It's the second time I've stayed in this structure, but I must specify that compared to the past time, breakfast is not included, or rather, only fruit is served and a kettle with various tea bags is made available. I will definitely be back
