We stayed two days in this property, the location is strategic in the Esquilino district, close to the center and also to the station, you can get around very well on foot, but if you don't want to walk the metro stop is very close, the rooms are welcoming, well-kept The added value of the stay was getting to know Marina, our Host, and her friendly and helpful advice added something extra to our stay.

The experience I had with San Vito is incredible. I booked a room for one night with Booking but then problems arose and I asked the hotel if it was possible to cancel the reservation but they said no because Booking would have applied the penalty to me. She told me to call her back after a few days because if she rented the room again she wouldn't charge me anything. I called the lady several times but the answer was negative and that is she was not able to rent the room again so I would have to pay the penalty. At that point, in order not to lose the money, I organized myself to go, and the day before I called her. The lady began by saying that she had to make me pay and it was Booking's fault because she hadn't re-rented the room but when I informed her that I was going…magic! My room was occupied! He had practically sublet my room and wanted to charge me the penalty pretending that instead it remained empty and to charge for the room twice. He made up so many excuses that he didn't know what to say anymore. A real scam! Not to mention that he left me stranded and that at that point I no longer had accommodation and finding a room in the center of Rome overnight is not that simple. Luckily, Booking's assistance helped me by also paying the difference in price. An impropriety without limits to say the least as well as a great fool.

The bed & breakfast is on the third floor of a building, it is not signaled outside there is only the name on the doorbell arriving in the evening if the owner hadn't guided us we would never have found the place. It's not a hotel, they never changed the towels and the third day they left us without toilet paper. We paid the rate with breakfast of 50 euros more for three days, the owner made a fuss in the end the carnet she gave us was only valid for a croissant and a cappuccino cost 3 euros at the bar, scandalous she earned us 30 euros and we had to supplement breakfast with sandwich and juice. For the amount paid it is not worth it you feel cheated .. never again!
