We had a great stay.. it was hard to find the door tho late at night...
The only real issue we had was it was to hot we had to keep the fans on full blast and were still hot...
But it was nice their!!! Will recomend

La cosa migliore di questa esperienza è stata la posizione della camera centrale e comoda. Per quanto riguarda la struttura, una sola parola: mediocre. Pulizia ok, ma a livello di comodità non ci siamo. Spazio stretto, la stanza n’ 2 affaccia direttamente sulla strada. Non ci ritornerei

Great location!
Great place to stay. Easy location, felt very safe and close to everything in the city. We were very comfortable, we just found the city to be quite noisy during the night.
Great communication and easy to speak with someone at reception.

Great home base!
The unit was just as advertised… Very close to Termini train station and walkable to many points of interest. It was a great home base to return to after hours of exploring Rome. The only thing to note is that the shower takes a while to heat up, so just be patient.

A horror place in Rome
The place was a total waiste. The AC did not worked, the ceiling fan cracked all the time, one window is broken, thus could not be opened to get fresh air,
No human being available at any time to handle these issues, I called the number on site a few times only to hear they were not available.
DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE...

There is no air conditioning. None. Extremely uncomfortable rooms. The paint on the walls is chipped. And there is no employee on site.

Our luggage has been looked through when we were out. This was obvious as a present had been hidden at the bottom of the bag and was now at the top. Fans are not adequate for 36 degree weather. Had to use a wet towel to cool down enough to sleep. Bed was obviously worn. And the bathroom was a slip hazard

We stayed in Urben for 5 nights. The property was secure and accessible to the key areas in Rome. However we did find our room to be extremely dusty and on the odd occasion when our linen was changed, it always had a distinctive odour smell to it.
