We spent 3 nights in the suite of this b&b and honestly I expected better...certainly the best thing is the strategic position...with a 10 minute walk you are in the historic center...For the rest I was a little disappointed...starting from the fact that in the 3 days that we were there we did not see the faces of the owners... Neither upon arrival nor when we left, they were present in the apartment without having the slightest concern about how we were and how our stay there with them had gone ( in my house they taught me that hospitality is sacred) and in this case in my opinion there was very little hospitality (but evidently for them something else matters). The taps in the bathroom were quite dated... the first day the room was not cleaned and after an exhausting day we returned to the room and I had to make the bed and clean the bathroom a little (even though they knew we had a two-year-old child). years) and finally with all due respect we were unable to understand what they mean by the word "heating" given that in that room it was freezing cold... the customer isn't even given the opportunity to raise the temperature a little because they manage it and so I'll let you imagine...the maximum temperature inside the room was 20 degrees with 5 degrees outside and after sending him a message at 9.00 pm telling him that it was cold in our room and if there was a way to increase it a little ' the temperature, their concern was to say "you mustn't touch anything... the system is automatic and will start on its own later" (I repeat that it was already 9pm and the maximum temperature was always 20 degrees). No worries towards the customer about raising it to make him feel better... no worries about making yourself known and coming to thank the customer. Honestly, for all these things I wouldn't go back to them, much less recommend them to anyone.
