The staff was exceptional, we booked a small room with only a sofa bed, we were able to change rooms with no extra fees.

Arrivée à 18 h, pas d'accueil. Aucun moyen de récupérer nos clefs. Plusieurs couples étaient dans notre situation.Nous avons essayé de joindre pendant plus d'une heure un numéro qui ne trouvait pas notre reservation. Un agent de sécurité nous a ouvert au bout d'une heure ( mes enfants étaient frigorifiés et inquiets) . Il nous a ouvert une chambre au hasard. Chambre sale, toile d'araignée , poils dans la douche. Le lampadaire est tombé sur le lit à quelques centimètres de mon fils de 6 ans. Bref. Séjour catastrophique.

Culotte sale du précédent locataire dans la chambre donc ménage non fait……une carte oubliée, il m’a fallu envoyer un timbre pour la récupérer …….

Front desk crew was very helpful and friendly.
Towels were super thin and small. Bed was actually a sofa bed. at check in room floor was not cleaned and full of black hair.

Nous avons passé un super séjour à la résidence Cap Cassis. C'est l'endroit idéal pour explorer cette région magnifique tout en bénéficiant d'un cadre paisible. La piscine de la résidence est un vrai atout. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit et espérons y revenir bientôt !

La résidence est mal située. L appartement ne dispose pas de.lit mais d un canapé lit. Pour faire le lit pas de drap housse... pas de gel douche. 1 cafetière et 1 machine à expresse (pas de dosette cadeau pour savoir laquelle achetée). Pas de volets et des rideaux pas très opaques.

Résidence nullissime. Les appartements sont impersonnels. On se croirait dans une clinique ou une résidence étudiante. Les équipements sont dignes de Temu. Pas d’internet. Vous ne pouvez pas faire de promenades à pied, il n’y a rien autour à part une grande route circulante. Prévoyez des masques pour dormir car au petit matin la lumière du jour vous réveillera. Il n’y a aucun espace de jeux pour les enfants à part la piscine. On ne renouvellera pas l’expérience.

Bien, neuf mais finition bof, ça va mal vieillir. 2 lits jumeaux ne pouvant être rapprochés, dommage... Salle de bain sympa, douche italienne. Cuisinette bien avec le nécessaire. Ascenseur très bruyant car il y a des messages parlants assez forts. Les portes des logements sont bruyantes. Bonne organisation d accueil, parking fermé.
