This hotel is one of the oldest hotel in the city of Buenos Aires. We got an upgrade and we decided to take a suite that is very spacious and beautiful. We’re going to stay here for 5 nights. The area around the city looks safe, we saw several guards on the streets. There are several jewerly stores and antique stores close to the hotel

No funcionaba el cable, o sea sin televisión. No funcionaba el teléfono. Tenia que bajar cada vez que encontraba algo roto.
No funcionaba la llave en la pared pero lo arreglaron.
No vale la pena.
El lugar esta en decadencia con alfombras viejas, lugar feo para quedarse varios dias.

No me alojaría nunca más ahí, la habitación horrible, cama almohadas espantosas. no andaba la calefacción, una estufa eléctrica trajeron. Un desastre. Eso estacionamiento súper lejos, ni de una estrella es. Para reservar es espantoso mil vueltas. El check in si o si tiene que ser online . No recomiendo

It also had an electric kettle, tea and coffee bags. The bathroom is complete but small, with little space for personal belongings. Independent garage around the hotel. Varied buffet breakfast. The location is very good in the center of Rosario. Quick check in and check out. Very good buffet breakfast. Good confectionery and bar service. We had dinner at the hotel and the food was good. All the staff very friendly and attentive. We stayed in a suite. But there are details that cannot be missed in a 4-star hotel. In the suite the air conditioning unit did not work in heat mode (the hotel was aware of this). If the radiator heating was not on and it was cold, there was no way to heat the room. The mattress is not consistent with a hotel of this category. I didn't have slippers. There was no notepad or pen. There was no bathrobe. The desk lamp didn't work. I would stay at this hotel again.

We all felt comfortable in this hotel which was perfectly suited to our needs while on tour. Very well located in the city center, super friendly staff, comfortable rooms. Varied breakfast.

I loved my stay at this hotel. It's big, well maintained and the service is excellent. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities, such as a minibar, safe, and TV. I also had dinner at the hotel and the food was delicious and at a good price. I recommend this hotel!
