Le séjour été correct l’hébergement est très agréable. Ce qui a tous gâcher et le vols d’un bijoux laisser dans la chambre qui n’y étais plus à mon retour. Sécurité au niveau des affaires personnelles des clients à revoir urgemment car de tel comportement ne sont pas acceptable.

All round good hotel expereince. Restaurant provided variety of local dishes and very tasty. Excellent and caring staff open to individual requirements. Multi language speakers .Sea views and balcony . Beach restaurant accessed directly from hotel.

Un très bel hôtel, en face de la plage..l accueil est très bien merci..le petit-déjeuner est fabuleux, exceptionnel..le resto le draulic de l hôtel est fabuleux, je le recommande. Nous avons passé de très belles vacances. A refaire l année prochaine. MERCI à tout le personnel.

Bon emplacement, face à une jolie plage. Mais je n'ai rien vu. C'est la première fois que dans un 4 Etoiles, je me retrouve dans une chambre sans vue, sans luminosité, avec une rue qui passe au dessus..... Le PDJ est sympas avec du froid et du chaud.

Très certainement le plus agréable hotel de roses. Très bien situé, a l ecart du centre ville, face a la mer. Ce dernier est des plus confortable, la chambre spacieuse, le petit dejeuner d excellente qualité. Le personnel « adorable » et prévenant. Le restaurant de l hotel très bon, nous nous y sommes régalés les quelques fois ou nous y avons diné. une jolie carte de vins. La piscine certes de petite dimension, mais la terrasse est des plus agréable. Et une attention que nous n avions pas eu depuis… jamais. I une bouteille de cava reserve nous a été offerte la veille au soir de notre depart. Une attention des plus delicate et relativement rare de nos jours pour le souligner. En bref si vous venez a roses, nous vous conseillons de séjourner ici et nul part ailleurs

Un año más, y van 32, nos hemos alojado en vacaciones en el Hotel Canyelles Platja de la playa de Canyelles en Rosas, Gerona. Simplemente el dato de cuantos años hemos elegido este hotel para disfrutar de nuestras vacaciones de verano os puede dar una idea de la calidez y calidad del hotel. Su emplazamiento es inmejorable, con unas magníficas vistas a la bahía de Rosas, que se disfrutan desde sus habitaciones vista al mar. Éstas son espaciosas y cómodas con aire acondicionado y nevera (estupenda), disponen de caja fuerte electrónica y cafetera Nesspreso gratuitas. El desayuno es muy completo y se sirve en el comedor interior o en el exterior cubierto. Un lujo. La atención es magnífica, tanto en el comedor como en el bar, muy bien Mónica, y en recepción cuyo equipo dirigido por el gran Jordi hace que te sientas en casa (o mejor, incluso). La dirección, en estos 32 años, ha hecho buenas inversiones y ha mantenido el hotel actualizado y acogedor. El año pasado nos sorprendió con una mejora en la piscina que la hace muy accesible para los que ya no andamos por los treinta. Resumiendo, si pensáis en Rosas para vuestras vacaciones contemplad hacerlo en el Canyelles Platja. No os defraudará en absoluto

Very nice hotel recently renovated. It smells good. The sea view room is very nice. Coffee and cold water offered. Air conditioning and small refrigerator make noise. We turned everything off and it was fine. It is very clean. The sheets smell good. Good bedding. Storage. Very varied and very complete breakfast. Very friendly staff and speak French. If you arrive early and your room is not ready you can enjoy the swimming pool. You can keep your room until 12 noon.
