Nice location and everything is reachable.

A simple functional equipment. Unfortunately, due to a large group, no breakfast was possible for the first two days. There are many nice and good cafés in Rostock, but the search turned out to be more difficult than expected. A lot of things were already fully booked in the morning. From the 3rd day we had breakfast at the hotel, which was much more relaxed. Everything was there that we needed. There was even oat and almond milk, so I was “saved” because unfortunately I can’t eat everything and I depend on cornflakes with fruit. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. It was pleasantly clean everywhere.

Smidigt boende att åka till när vi kom av färjan i Rostock. Ca 10 min med bil från färjan. Väldigt fräsch och fint boende! Hade ett familjerum som var toppen!

Ein sehr modernes Hitel. Die Mitarbeiter sind mega freundlich. Die Preiserhöhung des Frühstückes finde ich unverschämt.

Beim Service gibt es Abstriche, weil wir nach 22.30 Uhr einchecken wollten und die Rezeption zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht mehr besetzt ist. Für diesen Fall steht ein Computer im Eingangsbereich. Allerdings stimmte die Buchungsnummer, die wir über Trip.com erhalten hatten nicht mit der Buchungssnummer des Hotels überein. Glücklicherweise war noch eine Dame der Rezeption zufälligerweise vor Ort, die uns dann die richtige Buchungsnummer gab. Ansonsten hätten wir NICHT einchecken können obwohl wir das Zimmer bereits bezahlt hatten. Das ist ehrlich gesagt ein Unding. Im Übrigen ist der digitale Check-In-Vorgang viel zu langwierig, v.a. wenn man nach einer langen Autofahrt endlich entspannt ins Bett gehen möchte.

Despite booking a four-bed room, we were given a room with only three beds, indicating a possible miscommunication between the hotel and **********. The rooms were uncomfortably small, leaving us feeling cramped and restricted. Furthermore, the breakfast provided was basic and lacked variety, failing to meet our culinary expectations. While the staff were polite, the issues with room allocation and the underwhelming breakfast left us unsatisfied. We recommend that Hotel B&B improves communication with booking platforms to prevent such discrepancies. Additionally, investing in more spacious rooms and enhancing the breakfast offerings would greatly enhance the overall guest experience. We hope that this feedback aids in the hotel's efforts to provide a more satisfactory stay for future guests.

Anmeldung an der Rezeption wsr unkompliziert und freundlich. Die Zimmer gehören mal gestrichen, viele Flecken an de Wänden und Duschkabine an den Türen unten nicht sauber. Sehr laut durch Gruppe ,die wir mehrmals ermahnt haben, das wir schlafen möchten. Frühstück war in Ordnung. Es war auch sehr gut, das man sich Abends noch unten zusammen setzen konnte.
