Due to limited check-in timing, we need to rush back to hotel to check-in, would be good be more flexible to allow us check-in and collect room key first for guest who arrive earlier. We booked queen bed, but was given 2 twin beds which is placed in one corner and another corner, reason from front desk is queen bed room is all taken-up..In that case what’s the purpose of guest room reservation with specific requirement. Glad that front desk is willing to change back the room we booked. No toiletries provided, overall room is clean and comfortable and location is great just opposite the HBF.

Old hotel - restaurant, all wood structure! The interior decoration is also very old, full of wood flavor! Can visit, accommodation is not very recommended! There is no elevator, the luggage has a big handsome guy to help carry, the car can also be replaced, remember to give a tip, physical strength ^_^

The location is excellent, right next to Buyunlai. The waiters were enthusiastic, and the waitresses also helped us carry our luggage. The breakfast is decent. Sanitary conditions are good. The triple room is quite spacious.

We are lucky and have a seat after waiting for a while, but it seems that we will not pick up new guests for dinner after 20:00.

We booked this at short notice. We got an apt rather than a room for just the two of us which was more than adequate. Downstairs there were two single beds joined and two pull out couches upstairs. We were so impressed with the town and the accommodation that we stayed a second night. The owners also run the cafe just inside the gates so breakfast was serviced there. It consisted of pastries , breads, cold meats, cheeses yogurt, fruit salad, boiled egg and a choice of drinks. It was a lot of food! There was a private terrace outside the apt which you could sit and have a drink.

Very nice boutique hotel central in Rothenburg, very close to the entry to the city wall as well as that famous crossroad where everyone takes pictures. Big plus is there is a whole garden which can be used by the guests. We didn’t book breakfast this time as Rothenburg has plenty options.

The hotel is located right at the entrance of the ancient city, in a very quiet town with unique features. It's so beautiful! The hotel is very tasteful, the room facilities are complete, and it's very comfortable to stay. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic and helped me call a taxi to pick me up and drop me off at the train station. Thank you! I will definitely choose to stay here next time.

It is located in the center of the old town, making it convenient for sightseeing. However, the town is paved with cobblestones, so moving a large carry-on was quite difficult. The hotel staff were very helpful and I was able to process the check-in smoothly. There were some minor issues, such as the door being hard to close, but the room seemed to have been renovated and was very clean. There was no air conditioning, and the balcony was connected to the next room, so security is important. We were given a room on the second floor (actually the third floor), and the view from the balcony was great. Having bread and coffee at the table outside was great. Then the bar and restaurant downstairs are also scattered, but we went in the off-season, so there were not many people. The location of this hotel is also invincible. It is just below the tower of the city hall, next to the city hall square, next to the Christmas gift shop that is worth visiting, and there are all kinds of restaurants around. It is simply the best location. There is no parking lot. You can get on and off the luggage, but you have to park in a nearby parking lot. The machine pays the fee. When I went there, there were not many people and cars, which was also very convenient. Very good experience, worth full marks.
