The owner and her cute cat (named Paola) welcomed us. The room was clean and cleaned every day. There were plenty of towels. The shower room was a little old, but the water pressure was strong. However, the hot water was surprised by how cold it was every time because it had to go through cold water first. It was fixed in the bathroom, but I was happy that there were tissues. The bar soap had the soothing scent of New Zealand's famous manuka honey. The kitchen was equipped with cutlery. There was a stove, but there was no ventilation fan, so if you want to grill meat, I recommend using the BBQ stove outside. Laundry was $2 for the dryer. I would 100% recommend this place for a family getaway. One of the only hotels I have stayed at will accommodate big families. I loved the facilities that were on offer. The rooms had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows weee so soft. We arrived a little early to Rotorua and they were able to accommodate an early check in for us. Highly recommended to all families big and small. Thank you so much to the staff for having the place so clean and tidy.
