The hotel is close to the cathedral in the center of Rouen, with a good location and convenient travel. It is surrounded by the commercial center. The hotel is clean and warm.

just spent 3 nights here. Super freindly, helpful reception staff - ( specially Soukaina - you star. Sooo helpful and kind !!!) We had an upgrade to a larger room. which was nice. 2 really comfy beds and a large sofa. Tea coffee in the room ( although we had to constantly ask for these to be replenished ). Although opposite the train station we never heard a thing. really effective double glazing. The only downside for us was the hotel facilities . I chose this hotel because it had a restaurant attached and a bar. Sadly our meal at the restaurant was poor so we only ate there once. and we never saw the bar open so couldn't relax of an evening and have a drink there, the seating area was always set up ready for breakfast. But it was still a lovely stay. Its about a 10 - 15 min walk down hill to the town... so remember its uphill at the end of the night !! :).
Hotel Litteraire Gustave Flaubert, BW Signature Collection

The hotel is very new, well decorated, simple and generous. The location is very good, turn right when you go out and the square There is a parking garage, but it is too narrow to drive in, and finally parked in a nearby parking lot is not expensive The size of the room is ok, there is space to open the suitcase, and the bathroom is better decorated and updated The front desk service attitude was much better when checking out the next day The disadvantage is that a small piece of blood was found on a pillow, and hygiene needs to be improved. It would be better if there is a conditioner
Novotel Suites Rouen Normandie

This hotel is across from the river and not that far from several attractions that are walking distance. This is the second time I've stayed in the hotel for business. The rooms are spacious especially since it's just me in the room. This last time I had a room overlooking a courtyard. The hotel was a bit crowded this time for the summer holidays. They followed covid protocols trying to space people out and using masks/gloves. I still felt things were a little too close together especially for the morning breakfast. Overall the staff was very efficient and helpful.
Radisson Blu Hotel Rouen Centre

The breakfast, it did not miss anything however 20 euros it is very expensive. The spa, however the rest room a little small, only 4 chairs available. The room, perfect, spacious, tasteful, very well equipped, however the mini-bar was empty except for two free 25 ml bottles of water. No coffee machine, only a small electric kettle with a bag of chocolate, three bags of nescafé, two bags of tea, two bags of sugar...... times are hard. The restaurant is very good. Didn't like - On my way out I had the bad luck to run into a lady with glasses who was not very pleasant. After checking the bill, I noticed that the two dishes (of the day) consumed in the restaurant were charged to me at 29 euros a piece, whereas they were displayed on the card at 18 euros and on the poster in the elevator at 18 euros. I remarked to her, her colleague, who had followed the conversation next to her, told her to credit me 22 euros, because the error (if there is one) is attributable to the establishment. In spite of that, this lady is obstinate and categorically refuses to credit me the 22 euros. I go in the elevator and take a picture of the card, show her that my statements were correct, she still refuses to credit me by inventing some lame excuse. So I didn't insist anymore and paid 22 euros more than I really owed. I am very disappointed by the non-commercial attitude of this employee and therefore of the hotel, and I have the photos of my bill and the card available to anyone who wants them to guarantee the veracity of my story. The hotel has a parking lot, but beware, paying 16 euros per day ........... The heating in the room is not adjustable, there is a thermostat, but whether you increase or decrease the temperature, it remains the same, the temperature of the rooms is probably managed by the hotel. The common rooms of the hotel are very little heated, some are freezing, like the reception.....the times are hard....

Unfortunately we did not use this hotel, after booking the room on trip.com it turned out that there were no rooms in this hotel. The lady in the reception laid out her hands and offered us to stay in another hotel. We were transferred to the Campanille Hotel.Far from a city with taxi fee in its own range. Scandal. But such things happen. We were unhappy at the remote hotel, however, we spent a nice three days in the beautiful city of Rouen. The request for the hotel reception is that you use more to check your reservations and notify any changes a little earlier so that you don't stay under the sky.and the end was huge.
