The payment method of the parking lot is not very clear. After staying for 2 days, I don’t know how to pay. The hotel staff‘s explanation is not very clear and needs to be improved.

Mobile phone reception in the area is very poor which means no signal inside the hotel. I was advised by receptionist to use the free wifi for calling but the wifi was very poor and not capable of being used calling.

We stayed here as it was a perfect location for a family funeral. The hotel itself was lovely and the bed was super comfy. The down side to this hotel though is the wifi is shocking and the room we were in could do with some tlc. The ceiling looked like it had been painted, but only around the edges. The walls were cracked in places as well.

The room was fresh warm and clean. The bathroom was the same tea and coffee facility. Hotel was well cleaned and fresh . The breakfast was beautiful plentyful and tasty. Really happy with service would highly recommend it. Tv and wifi working well!

Thank you for every thing I was very happy in my stay, every thing was excellent. The Premier In will be my first choice in Eltham. The stay was lovely, loved the breakfast which was included. The place was clean and Friendly staff and very helpful.

Had an absolutely fantastic experience. The staff was warm, welcoming and attentive. The room was clean, spacious and decorated with modern amenities. The on site restaurant served delicious food. I recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel. Very convenient location and friendly stuff who are very helpful. Definitely will visit again. Easy to commute to London and food was also great. The check in and check out was very smooth and love the ambience
