The location is good, at the central of the village. Convenient on purchase. Cleaning-so, so. Room small - expected. No bell boy - expected. Service bad. No one check the shower liquid, always at low level, need to ask two three times to get refill on shower liquid, even told the room keepers, still need to remind reception again and again. Reception always hiding in the room, difficult to find them. No tooth brush, no tooth paste, no hair comb, no soup, no hair dryer for the room. Noisy in the street expected but up to 1- 2 mid night too bad. window opening is too small to get fresh air, Wifi only free for 30 minutes, I stay here 3 days 2 nights only free 30 minutes. only one chair available for a double room. Kettle is dirty, full of water scum Shower curtain is too short, water comes out after shower. No drainage outlet. Bathroom full of water. No one remove them. Check out is the best (no need to check out). Really want the money back, will not come back any more.

Very convenient place which only few street from Woolrich Station, clean, nice customer service, staff friendly, only without teeth brush & slpeey shoes.

Because the flight was delayed, I arrived at the hotel very late. There was only one room on the first floor facing the street. It was very noisy. When the car passed by, the whole bed was vibrating. Children and adults couldn't sleep. It was just the British summer and couldn't sleep. The windows are closed, so it feels very bad. The security environment in the area is also very bad.

Well located at DLR and ferry station, LIDL, Nandos, Taco Bell, McD, sports direct, Tk Maxx, own Bar with draft beer, Breakfast and Dinner, too small and medium cold shower at week days, Sat morning warm and hot shower, but really clean coz new, only one chair, too small bed although king-size, open springs which hurts when sitting and crawling in the bed, only one towel for hands and shower ground towel, but two big shower/sauna towels, no housekeeping during 3 nights/ 4 days, no st up of coffee and tea bags only when you ask

I arrived quite late around midnight. But great location, 12 mins walking from the underground station. It is a quiet area, had a nice sleep. Great service from Oliur (reception). You can also buy drink and food at the reception. Overall great stay here.

Room came with all the basics needed. Here for a work trip and reception staff helped keep me out a lot when I was running around like a headless chicken - especially Nadine !! I was in and out at all hours and she was always smiley, friendly, and willing to help. Thank you so much Nadine and the rest of the Travelodge staff.

The hotel overall is good wouldn’t complain to what I paid. The staff are very lovely and the rooms are very big to most hotels. Reception team are lovely all of them. They seem very happy and helping me with my internet. They should really put clearer instructions with the internet but it’s ok. Thank you soo much for everything

The hotel is tired but a lot going on. Your staff seem very busy and running around in the morning. But I will high light this they never seem to forget I’m around and always say hi and take a minuet to talk to me. I really appreciate and value great customer service, and the manager that is on duty she is a very sweet girl we have caught her couple times running up and down the corridors and every time she passes always smiling and asking us if we need something. We got locked out our room and she seemed to be exactly where we needed her to be. The reception team are amazing too and I can see the manager leads by example, they very attentive and helpful. I only got one name which was Eva and the manager on duty i didn’t get her name but she a short young girl

Great stay , really cheap for the location I can get into central London in as little as 20 min. Only feed back I will give, is having AC in the room because no one can live with just a fan with this weather. Apart from the hotel not having AC everything seems coolie

The room was quite fresh, because of the weather the reception was kind enough to put us in a room with Air condition which was nice of her as she explained there is only limited amount of rooms with the air condition. While we went upstairs we was greeted by one of the managers, she saw us struggle opening the door and she explained that we need to be quicker and was able to show us how to use the card. One thing I will complain behind your cards it instructs us to use the cards slowly so maybe have a look at this. The breakfast was lovely specially miss petal, she is really a Gem really goes out her way to make us all feel at home. Since I’m mentioning one I should also mention Eva (reception) and Martha (manager on duty this Thursday) they was all great. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. They gave us the option to have extra 2 pillows which was needed as we had supersoft pillows so will not hurt to have extra. The complimentary coffee and tea really saved my morning as I can not wake up without having a coffee. Only down full is that my room does not have a coffee machine. I was out all evening so I can not say much about the staff at night and when I came back I went straight to bed

I wanted a bath as to relax and on the website it says for standard rooms come equiped with ensuite with bath. But we got told the standards only have showers, the staff were really good and got us a room with a bath without any argument and thats good service.
