Angefangen hat es damit, dass wir die Buchung per Paypal zahlen konnten, die tax allerdings nicht. Wir hatten keine Möglichkeit das Geld zu bezahlen, haben somit die Mail mit den weiteren Anweisungen nicht bekommen…
Wurden dann mit googlemaps flach geleitet, sodass wir ewig durch die Straßen geirrt sind.
Als wir die Unterkunft schließlich gefunden haben, fanden wir einen sehr sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mann vor. Zum Glück, da die aufgeführte Telefonnummer nicht besetzt war… Er hat dann die Tax von uns in bar entgegen genommen und uns zur richtigen Location geführt.
Dort angekommen fanden wir ein Zimmer in guten Zustand vor, das Bad bzw die Dusche allerdings war mehr als ecklig. Der Raum stand unter Wasser, riesige Haarbüschel hingen an einem Hacken an der Wand und die Duschbrause war defekt.
Zum guten Glück hatten wir nur für eine Nacht gebucht…

ANDATE ALTROVE. Quello che noi abbiamo vissuto era già stato descritto nelle precedenti recensioni. Abbiamo prenotato una stanza quadrupla e ci è stata assegnata una stanza doppia più piccola e completamente diversa dalle foto. Il bagno esterno era indecente: uno spazio angusto, provvisto solamente del WC. Lavandino e doccia erano interni alla camera e non c'era privacy per lavarsi. Arredi vandalizzati, macchie di muffa e umidità dappertutto, materassi sottili e poggiati su scomode e dure assi di legno. L'host avrebbe dovuto informarci anticipatamente che la stanza assegnata sarebbe stata diversa. Abbiamo chiesto un rimborso parziale, ma lui ha rifiutato di concederlo, adducendo pretesti. Tuttavia abbiamo ottenuto il rimborso rivolgendoci direttamente a Airbnb, che ha riconosciuto leggittima la nostra richiesta. Questa struttura si chiama "GREEN FORTUNA SUITES". Cercatela su internet: su Google ha un punteggio di 1,9 su 5

Camera diversa dalle caratteristiche descritte sull'annuncio. Bagno esterno che si è rivelato un semplice WC ricavato in uno spazio strettissimo senza finestre e senza ventola. Doccia in camera, l'unico lavandino presente è quello della cucina anche quest'ultima in camera. Spazi stretti ed un letto in meno da quello visto sull'annuncio. Camera umida.

Da evitare. Le foto sul booking non corrispondono all'appartamento: - il piano di cottura era in bagno - il montaggio di alcuni mobili non era terminato o forse erano danneggiati - il secondo letto era in una stanza grande quanto il letto stesso - il WiFi non funzionava - nel soffitto c'era un buco - la posta di ingresso non so chiudeva Abbiamo deciso che non valeva la pena rischiare di dormire con la posta aperta e siamo andati via, visto che anche se abbiamo provato a contattare il servizio clienti nessuno ci ha risposto. Infine quindi abbiamo chiesto un risarcimento, non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna risposta.
