Although it is by the lake, it feels like being by the sea. It is very familiar and feels like a paradise. The room is not big, a bit old, but very clean and tidy. There is a small balcony. The breakfast is good, and there is a guy at the front desk who can speak Chinese.

Positiv: Sehr gut ist die Lage des besten Hotels der Stadt direkt am Kivusee mit Privatstrand, abe auch eigenem Swimming pools. Ruhige Lage, große Zimmer mit guten Matrazen. Exzellentes, opulentes Frühstück. Sehr netter Service.

This is a beautiful hotel. Our room was lovely and the staff was very kind. The restaurant was amazing. For dinner, we had a delicious fish stew that was one of our best meals ever, and the breakfast brunch was also fantastic. The hotel gift shop has exceptional baskets and is very reasonably priced.
