A cama de casal não é de casal, são 2 de solteiro juntas. O chuveiro é impossível de ajustar(ou fica extremamente quente ou com rajadas frias). O risoto de camarão, tinha raros camarões. A comida, em geral, é somente satisfatória. Serviços em geral, são demorados(inclusive serviço de quarto, deixei a chave na recepção ao meio-dia, às 18h, o quarto ainda tinha sido limpo, somente foi depois ser solicitado). A torradeira do café-da-manha, funcionou um dia e no outro estava estragada).

Acomodações impecáveis porém o serviço deixou a desejar. 1. Ao chegar não havia nenhum funcionário na entrada para nos receber e carregar as malas, tivemos que levar sozinhos pela rampa com o carrinho 2. Era um final de semana de férias escolares e havia pouquíssimos funcionários para atender 3. Pedimos uma batata frita na piscina e demorou mais de 40 min para vir 4. Estavam oferecendo para os hóspedes uma dose de licor 43 sem informar que seria cobrado no final (?) 5. Funcionários com pouca agilidade sem saber resolver os problemas dos hóspedes.

É um bom hotel para a região. A piscina poderia estar em melhores condições. Mas o atendimento foi muito bom. Acima da nossa expectativa. Os quartos são confortáveis. A área de lazer e os espaços de convivência do primeiro piso são excelentes. Almoço, café da manhã e jantar foram bons. Tivemos um imprevisto com a nossa reserva tendo que antecipar e foram muito prestativos.

O hotel busca seguir um estilo rústico, mas com bastante conforto, mesmo nos quartos mais simples. Tem um jardim lindo, com brinquedos e jogos e uma integração fantástica com a natureza! Os funcionários também muito gentis e educados. Adoramos os dias que passamos lá!

O hotel é fantástico, super limpo, atendentes atenciosos e educados. Fomos na Páscoa e teve atividades (piquenique, elaboração de ovos, cupcakes e docinhos) para as crianças, meu filho amou. As meninas super queridas, principalmente a gerente. A comida excelente, várias opções, principalmente as sobremesas. Quarto completo e espaçoso. Apesar do hotel já ter alguns anos, percebe-se que recebe reformas e “atualizações” o tempo todo, a decoração dele é magnífica. Os jardins, por do sol, tudo impecável. Lugar de paz e tranquilidade.
