The hotel pleasantly surprised, very competent staff who will tell you everything and will tell you especially Aizhamal. Food breakfasts are excellent and varied, there is a children's and vegan and Norwegian corner with food

Unser Zimmer 810(X). Zimmer direkt zur Hotellobby im ersten Stock. Aktuell 23:20Uhr. Live-Musik. Die Lautstärke im Zimmer ist unerträglich. Kind wird auch ständig wach.
Das Hotel ist das allerletzte.
Abendessen im Buffet-Restaurant Geschmack unterirdisch. Das Beste allerdings: Auf den Tischen stehen Werbeaufsteller für Cocktails und Mocktails. Zahl zwei trink drei. Alles klar, somit also übers Abendessen besagte drei Mocktails bestellt. Ende von Lied: Kellner sagt, als die Rechnung kommt, dass das nur gilt, wenn man drei auf einmal bestellt und nicht hintereinander.

Das sind definitiv keine 4-Sterne-Superior!

Ein wundervolles Erlebnis, sehr nettes Personal, leckeres Essen. Aber nur für eine Übernachtung ist der Preis doch etwas zu hoch. Als Vorschlag wären Einweg-Zahnbürsten toll.

Besser als Disneyland
Traumhafter Urlaub in einem echten Erlebnishotel - alles bis ins letzte Detail durchgeplant - Disneyland ist deutlich schlechter - der Europa Park und alle Hotels sind einfach perfekt!

A must try resort!
We stay for 2 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. Everything from beginning to start was fabulous, the service, the food, the staff and the amenities. Absolutely fantastic for families
