Beautiful hotel surrounded with the most beautiful nature! Rooms are perfect, breakfast incredibly good and extensive! Three lovely pools, yoga studio and fitness are present. The service is very good! It was the most pleasant stay in Mallorca!

We recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at The Lodge in Mallorca. Here are some highlights of our experience: * Beautiful and Spacious Grounds: The property is expansive, offering plenty of privacy and stunning views. The restaurant as well as the pool area are particularly impressive with its breathtaking vistas. * Excellent Breakfast and Friendly Staff: The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. * Lovely Spa: We had wonderful massages in the spa, which boasts a beautiful atmosphere and excellent treatments. However, we do have a few suggestions for improvement: * Limited Storage Space: For a stay of nearly two weeks, the storage space in our room was quite limited. More room to store and hang our clothes would be appreciated. * Proactive Feedback from Reception: While the WhatsApp system works great, we would appreciate more action and proactive feedback from the reception when we report an issue with our room. * Maintenance of Gym Equipment: The bikes and TechnoGym equipment in the outdoor gym (with its amazing view) could be better maintained. Overall, we had a wonderful and relaxing time and would love to return. The tranquility of the place is a major highlight. Although the highway is visible, we didn’t hear any noise from it. While all the staff were fantastic, we would like to give special mention to Barbara and Tomeu for their exceptional service. Lastly, we fell in love with the little cat that visited us during breakfast. Please take good care of her, feed her regularly, and ensure her well-being – she is one of your best “employees”!

From the moment we arrived, we were doted upon by the amazing staff at the hotel. Every one of them is a credit to the hotel and couldn’t do enough to ensure you enjoy your stay. The room was excellent, decorated to a very high/modern standard with the largest shower I have ever seen. Our room was in one of the separate buildings which added to the peace and quiet (didn’t hear another person). The only thing I would say is that the nature of these rooms means the front door leads to an open courtyard but there is no separate lock on the door that goes into your room from outside. Whilst unlikely, it felt possible that someone could climb the walls to the courtyard and enter your room. A lock on the internal door could help provide added peace of mind. The hotel and grounds are stunning, providing the perfect place to fully unwind and enjoy the amazing food on offer. The infinity pool has more than enough beds, a constant supply of fresh towels and a beautiful backdrop. We had seen reviews mention the road in the distance and were concerned that it could detract from the view and tranquility, but this wasn’t the case. If you are actively looking for negatives, then it might bother you, but if you’re there to enjoy yourself, it really isn’t noticeable and had no impact on the peace and quiet of the resort. Complimentary yoga each morning was a great way to start the day. Lunch and dinner at the Singular restaurant were rather expensive, but justified by the quality. Would strongly recommend a car if you’re visiting for longer than a few days to be able to explore the rest of the island. The Lodge also has electric vehicle chargers that really helped. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Mallorca if you’re looking for a place to relax, eat and be looked after.

Had the best experience at this resort! Arrival and departure was taken care of from the airport. The hotel staff was kind enough to pack us with a complementary breakfast for our early flight departure at 3 am without us even asking! The concierge staff was also amazing (specifically Anders) - he provided us with an amazing itinerary including several lesser known beaches to avoid the crowds. Can’t wait to return!

Surprised by the good reviews, as a local resident we went for lunch, which was less than good, attempted to contact you by email, Facebook, and Instagram to give you our feedback, even via sister hotel - not a single reply, have friends who have just visited and same issues we had. Maybe this will get a response ? Happy to post my comments here if preferred.
