Da braucht es nicht viele Worte. Super, alles in allem. Sehr nettes Wirtepaar und Angestellte. Organisation inkl. Skiraum mit Heizung Top. Die beiden Abenden, Walliser- und Galaabend waren toll. Frühstück sehr gut.

Hotel in zona tranquilla, vicino a sentieri per il bosco. Il centro è a 5-10 minuti a piedi. Proprietari gentilissimi, ci hanno preso al parcheggio con la macchinina elettrica e riportati secondo le nostre richieste. Camere pulite e con bella terrazza vista montagne. Sauna nuova ad uso gratuito su prenotazione Hot tub esterno a pagamento rigenerante. Colazione ok Prezzo onesto considerando che siamo in Svizzera dove tutto costa quasi doppio. Il paese, completamente senza auto, è un gioiellino.

Had a wonderful long weekend stay at the Alpenlodge Etoile. The service was perfect and everything incredibly organized - from picking us up/dropping us off at the bus terminal, the ski lockers next to the slopes, all the detailed information needed for our stay, and much more. The owners and staff were all very friendly and made our stay extremely comfortable and went above and beyond with their help and small welcome/leaving gifts. We would definitely recommend to stay here when visiting Saas Fee and would love to come back!

Hôtel familial et authentique situé au début du village (à 15 min à pieds du centre et du départ des pistes). Confortable avec des chambres et salle de bain propres, réfection des lits tous les jours. Sauna impeccable sous réservation. Petit-déjeuner copieux et varié. Les propriétaires et le personnel sont très sympathiques et disponibles, on se sent bien. Ski room chauffé à disposition, au pied des pistes. Nous recommandons vivement !

Sehr schöne Superior-Zweibettzimmer mit Balkon auf die umliegenden Viertausender. Hotel an Top Lage mit viel Ruhe und Gratis Shuttle Bus direkt vor dem Haus. Kostenloser Skikeller mit Skischuhheizung direkt bei der Talstation. Reichhaltiges Frühstück und kulinarische Abendessen am Montag mit Raclette oder Fondue und am Mittwoch mit Fondue Chinoise. Familiär geführtes Hotel mit viel Herzlichkeit, Gastfreundschaft und Wertschätzung gegenüber dem Gast. Eine Top-Adresse in der Schweizer Gastronomie.

Tout était parfait, personnel incroyable, déjeuner délicieux et copieux, propreté impeccable, chambre au top. Le seul bémol, le fait que nous devions, pour la demi-pension, manger dans un autre établissement qui n'a pas les mêmes qualités que cet hôtel.

Ah quel merveilleuse surprise! Cela faisait très longtemps que je ne trouvais plus un hôtel si humain et familial! Une gestion sublime avec toutes les petites attentions de l’hôtellerie (un petit exemple : cet hôtel dispose d’un vrai locale à ski avec toilettes et casiers en bas des pistes , pas comme certaines caves d’hôtel plus étoilé de Saas-fee !!!) Enfin un vrai Hôtel et pas un simple bâtiment avec des chambres, mais une superbe ambiance avec un staff hyper gentil et soucieux de vous faire passer des superbes vacances! Merci

Alles im Zimmer, was man benötigte, sehr informative Mappe mit allen Informationen, alles sehr sauber. Hotel an schöner Lage mit einladendem Garten - und das coolste ist der Hot Pot, der extra für uns eingeheizt wurde! Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Gastfreundschaft wird hier auf hohem Niveau gelebt.
