Upon our arrival, we were disappointed by the lack of support from the hotel staff. There was no assistance provided for our luggage, leaving us to carry some of it ourselves, which was challenging, especially for our senior citizens. Additionally, we booked two rooms—one for two senior citizens and the other for two adults with a five-year-old child and a one-year-old baby. However, we found the beds in the rooms to be very small. When we requested extra bedding to accommodate the children, the hotel staff refused, informing us that there was no provision for additional bedding. The staff also stated that we could raise a complain if we were dissatisfied. This lack of hospitality and unwillingness to help has caused us a great deal of inconvenience, and we feel the service level has fallen far below acceptable standards. We kindly request immediate intervention to resolve this matter at the earliest. Your assistance in addressing these issues would be greatly appreciated
