A must stay if your visiting northern India

I had the best experience of luxury at sukhvillas. The staff and the property gave new meanings to pampering yourself. Each and every adjective defining the property and its hospitality is worthy and true. Luxury couldnt have been better.

The world needs to know that the benchmark you set is impossible to match, let alone beat. We were here to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and it’s just amazing the pain Oberoi team took to make it special for her. The day we checked in, our room was beautifully decorated with a small cake as her pre-birthday surprise. On her birthday, the celebration for her started on the breakfast table, with Mami and team sending her a beautiful cake, followed by a beautiful art decor set as a gift for her. Team Riya and Shivam went next to floor her with another decor in the room, team IRD sent another cake and specially curated menu. We went for a quiet dinner in the evening, only to find a beautiful gift waiting for our daughter from Swati Thapa and team Front Office. The team at the porch was equally amazing. My car’s battery drained and the team made sure it was not only jump started but it doesn’t give me trouble again. It’s just amazing how good this team is. I often joke with hotel staff that hospitality is the most difficult job in the world and I am amazed how these guys do it with a smile, even when the guests may not be the most pleasant people to deal with. At Oberoi, they are made different to take the experience several notches above. Kudos and you will always have our business

Last night we went to The oberoi sukhvillas for 31st night celebration. It was a worst experience, despite asking several times there was no service, even the staff was ignoring. Band was nice, which made us stay a little longer. But overall not at all a Oberoi standard hospitality

We were really taken care with warm hospitality from Munish (Chef), Akhil , Nikhil , Lorik Jhagta, Aman Rawat and the rest of very friendly staff. Made our stay truly memorable and comfortable. Right from the time of check in to check out the experience was out of the world. The property is amazing with super huge rooms and Toilets. The bay windows added a childhood charm to the place. Very well designed and well maintained with the flora, fauna and landscape filled with fountains and water bodies. The pool water at 28 degrees was a pleasure to dip into. Must try Egg White Fluffy omelette at breakfast.

We are regular visitors of Oberoi Properties be it Sukhvilas, Wildflower Hall Oberoi Maidens Delhi etc. As for as review is concerned this visit to Sukhvilas Chandigarh was not any different from any other visits at Oberoi s. You guys never fail to impress us again and again. This time too every department be it Booking, Service, Kitchen, Restaurant, Housekeeping. etc were one above another in keeping no stone unturned to serve us in a better way every day.. Excellent in every department. I”ll name a few guys who were on their toes to serve us but that doesn’t mean those names which i don’t remember were any less because everyone was excellent but it’s difficult to remember all the names. Chef Saurav and Team from Kitchen. Kshitij, Abdul, Dhruv, A girl from bihar, and more from services. Akhil, Asmita , Ankita, Shreyashi, Sushant, Shailja and more from Housekeeping. and many more i still remember all the faces but remembering all the names is difficult. Overall Great Experience. Keep doing the Good work Team Oberoi. Five Stars
