Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduits par l’atmosphère conviviale et le soin apporté à chaque détail. L’ équipe, toujours souriante et disponible, a contribué à rendre ce week-end de ski à Val Thorens inoubliable. La qualité des services et le confort des chambres ont dépassé toutes nos attentes. Chaque moment passé dans votre établissement a été un pur bonheur, tant pour nous détendre que pour profiter pleinement de la station. Nous repartons avec des souvenirs précieux et ne manquerons pas de recommander votre hôtel à nos proches. Pour la 4 ème fois, un séjour famille dans cet hotel très cocoon. Une équipe fiable et très sympathique. Hotel Bien situé dans la station. Petit déjeuner, fourni avec un rapport qualité prix imbattable dans cette station. Et une ambiance de sports d'hiver comme on les aime ! ne changez rien !

C’est la deuxième fois que je viens et l’accueil est toujours excellent un service 4 étoiles et comme à la maison plein de petites attentions Une aide précieuse pour les réservations de restaurant et les conseils sur la station J’ai séjourné dans un des studios qui a été refait à neuf avec de superbes prestations

Fantastic service and really cozy rooms. Manager was really helpful with everything and the breakfast was great. The spa was a bit small, but had everything you wanted. Seems to be recently renovated to upscale old charlet style - which works despite being a large hotel.
