Отель с красивым дизайном и уютным камином в холле ,но далеко идти от станции метро,тем более зимой на улицах был лед вперемешку со снегом.Номера комфортные ,хорошее белье ,были чашки ,пакетики чая,но нам не хватило капсульной кофемашины .Завтрак хороший, спасибо

Прекрасный отель. Когда прибываю в Санкт-Петербург, стараюсь останавливаться только здесь. Обслуживание на высоте. Бар и Ресторан великолепные. Расположение отличное для поездок в любую сторону. Единственный минус - тесноватый паркинг для моей машины.

Very pleasant hotel, great food, location and spa, nice rooms with choice of 3 different pillows. The only (big) minus for our family are the very soft, completely anti-orthopedic matrasses on the beds.

Отлично отдохнули с ребёнком 3 дня!!! Великолепное SPA, которое включено в стоимость проживания. Ранее (8-9 лет назад) переодически останавливались в данном отеле, очень нравилось...решила посмотреть, как изменился... отель остался таким же уютным, немного разочаровали гель и шампунь в номере (ранее были более приятные),ну и холодильник в номере был пустой... но, я все вожу с собой))) Обязательно рекомендую брать с завтраками!!! Они вкусные и качественные...плюс шампанское.... разве это не прекрасно!!!:)
