Kensington Hotel Saipan Reviews

I chose Kensington Resort for my first trip to Saipan. I have a 24-month-old baby, so I didn't have to worry about what he would eat. The use time for the facilities and the pool slide was too short, which was disappointing.

The scenery is perfect, the service is good, and the front desk guy Sai gave us a lot of convenience within his authority (including early check-in, sailing reservation, etc.). The extra 700+ RMB for the high floor and infinity pool is worth it. In addition to the perfect scenery, you can choose one of the many benefits such as free afternoon tea. Although the hotel is known as the best hotel in Saipan, it is not a luxury hotel in terms of detail processing. The scenery is not fresh flowers, the tea for afternoon tea is served in paper cups, and the plug in the room is broken. Overall, it is still a very good hotel and worth staying for 1-2 days.

The location of the hotel is really remote, there is nothing around, if you live here, it is best to book an all-inclusive package, if it only includes breakfast, eating will be a problem. There is a bakery on the first floor of the hotel, which has coffee and afternoon tea in the afternoon and a lounge in the evening. Basically, if you go there after 4 o'clock every day, all the food is gone. The location of InterContinental is still good, and the overall seaside atmosphere is also better.

The best hotel on Saipan! The hotel environment and beach are excellent, and every service staff is very enthusiastic, especially the lifeguards. I recommend the hotel's buffet, the hotel discount price is $45 per person, the taste is very good, there is no need to go to other restaurants in the city center (those are not amazing, at most they are cheaper). The hotel has sufficient water facilities, which is very suitable for parents and children. In addition to the slide, there are also free kayaks and paddle boards.

The hotel is more luxurious than Crown and Hyatt. There are more Koreans staying here, and there are also many Chinese. The breakfast is good, but the lunch and dinner are not cost-effective. It is recommended to drive or contact the local driver to take you to Garapan in the city center for dinner. Saipan taxi drivers are said to be Bangladeshi and are used to overcharging customers. Rich people can eat directly in the store. There is a free star-watching activity Stary Night, which is to go to Wansui Cliff. It is quite spectacular. You must make an appointment with the front desk in advance, and it is the same if you drive there yourself. All rooms have sea views. Although the balcony is large, there is a clothes drying rack and no lounge chairs, which is not suitable for daydreaming.

The accommodation was terrible, the environment was not good, and the service was not good. I asked to check out and refused to do so even for a day. It was irresponsible at all. The setting was old. It’s worth it if you can chew it! Chinese people, please don’t be fooled again.

Saipan's highest-level hotel, of course, the price is also very high. The hotel is a bit old, but after renovation, the facilities are complete and warm. The water facilities are also very complete. The location is a bit remote, but people who love quiet will like it very much. There is an east moon inside the hotel. (Chinese food), Meisho (Japanese food) and Loria (Korean food) are available, basically 65usd/person. The taste is very good. Especially recommend meisho, very good.

The hotel facilities are good but it is a bit far from the city. It is not convenient to go shopping. You have to take a taxi or the hotel bus (there is a timetable but it is not always available). Also, the carpet in the room has a bit of smell.

Saipan is generally desolate and old, and feels average.

I really like this place. The service staff are very friendly. The meals every day are very good. I also caught up with a BBQ singer to sing the Chinese version of Sweet Honey. The sailing was also unforgettable and I saw a big sea turtle!

The facilities are a bit older, the pillows are too soft, and it is far from the city, but it is the last and safest hotel in Saipan and the service is very good!

It was really a comfortable stay. I will take my son there next time.
