The place was ideally located. Hospitality was great and food comparatively delicious at an affordable price. Room was clean with all amenities available.

Room is stuffy and without aircon in December. No windows too. Do not recommend.

The room was very clean and the service staff were very nice. The air conditioner was a bit old and not cold enough, but the toilet facilities were very good. The location was also very good and close to the subway station

It was my first time to come to Japan, so I didn’t understand the Japanese environment. I was dumbfounded by the small space in the room. But later I learned about Japan’s living environment and accepted it. However, the price was shocking (very), more than NT$10,000 per night for two people. Room + one bed, the space is so small that the luggage cannot be opened. . . I probably won’t order again. It’s acceptable, but the price is unacceptable. If the price matches the space and service, I would expect it to be around NT$3,000. No criticism, just my personal opinion.

It is very convenient to walk along the overpass from Omiya Station to the second floor of the hotel. There are many restaurants, convenience stores and drug stores around. There are also restaurants in the hotel at reasonable prices. You can also walk along the overpass to Sogo Department Store and Big Camera. The only drawback is that there is no laundry room around and the coin laundry is quite far away.

I stayed here for two nights to attend a live show. The rooms and other areas were clean and well-maintained! However, I noticed that the wallpaper on the wall was peeling off, and at first I thought the wall was out of place! (lol) It was a fun two days, thank you very much I'd like to stay here again!

Very nice hotel, very close to Omiya station. Although the room is not big, it is well-equipped with all kinds of facilities. The breakfast is also very good, with many choices.

Although it was before check-in, I was able to leave my luggage and when I returned, it had been brought to my room, which was very helpful! The location was great as it was close to the station, and it was clean and the staff were very helpful! I'd like to use it again if I have plans to go to Saitama!

It was very clean and comfortable, with a convenience store on-site. The bed was larger than I expected and was very comfortable.

It was great to be in front of Omiya Station, the room was spacious and clean! The chair check-out was at 12 o'clock, so I was able to relax in the morning. I'd like to stay here again when I come to Omiya.

Very close to Omiya subway station, shopping and dining are very convenient. There is a bus to Haneda Airport opposite the hotel, but there is no bus to Narita Airport. You can only take the train and then the subway, which is a bit troublesome

There was an ice maker but no microwave... You might want to stop buying frozen foods from convenience stores.

It is located very close to Omiya Station via a multi-level walkway. As it was a corner room, I was hoping for a slightly larger room, but I was a little disappointed. The price is cheaper than in Tokyo, so even if you are on a business trip to Tokyo, I think it would be better overall to stay in Omiya. The breakfast buffet was average (tolerable) in terms of variety and quality. This time I stayed with a foreign VIP, and they didn't seem to have any complaints.

I stayed in a corner double room (non-smoking) with my 2-year-old child. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable.
