El hotel no trabaja con expedía desde el 2019 y cuando llegamos al hotel me echaron y no me dejaron ni explicarme indicándome q no era la primera vez q ocurría , e imposible hablar o reclamar a expedía , nadie responde ni nadie atiende

This month of May 2022 I called to reserve a few days in July 2022, and through this website I saw the good references of the hostel. When I called, they told me to make the reservation through Booking (which I don't like, I always book directly at the hotel, but hey). That same day at night I went to Booking, and my surprise was that they asked me for immediate payment, not the possibility of cancellation, the hotel checkout had to be at 10:00 a.m. (on another website, check-out was indicated at 12:00 p.m.) and the price was only for accommodation (80 euros). I did not make the reservation and decided to call the hostel the next day to ask about the conditions. Even greater surprise when I called: first answer was "I already talked to you about the reservation, only Booking", we started badly. First question: on the hostel's website it appears 50 euros for accommodation only and 85 euros for half board; response "uuyy neither case, it is not updated", things get worse; Second question: is the departure at 10 am? since I have seen on another website at 12 o'clock (normally it is between 11 and 12 o'clock since breakfast is usually until 10 o'clock); answer "at 10 o'clock or when do you think the rooms are going to be cleaned?". DECISION: I did not book given the facilities given and the education shown. I will go to Salduero but to another lodging. Thank you.
