Avevo visto già le soddisfacenti recensioni su internet, ma non rendono appieno la magia che questo posto trasmette. La struttura è arredata con gusto e ed ultra confortevole, il ristorante serve ottimo cibo locale con porzioni abbondanti e piatti ricercati. Personale gentilissimo e camere dotate praticamente di tutto. Un ringraziamento particolare alla Sig. Paola che con la sua gentilezza oltre alla sua precisione nel curare tutto rende questo posto fantastico. Famiglia Marzullo Ringrazia

Hotel trovato all’ultimo momento per week end in moto; struttura pulita e personale molto cortese e disponibile. Camere ampie e ben arredate; mancava solo un piccolo frigorifero in camera. Abbiamo usufruito anche del ristorante e nel complesso buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Ottimo hotel collocato su una regionale che costeggia filari di vigneti. Buona l'accoglienza con personale disponibile e cortese. Stanze ampie con servizi igienici più che adeguati. Colazione più che soddisfacente. Disponibilità di ampio parcheggio gratuito. Prezzo accessibile.

Di ritorno in Italia ci siamo fermati ed è stata davvero una scelta indovinata. Comodissimo a due passi dall'autostrada ma silenzioso e tranquillo, siamo arrivati la sera tardi ed il proprietario ci ha offerto due bicchieri di bianco, stanza confortevole e pulitissima, la colazione è abbondantissima e squisita. We stayed for a weekend with a one year old girl, unfortunately we had both positive and negative experiences. The negative experiences are: I called the day before to book looking for a hotel that had a swimming pool, the owner told me that they had a swimming pool and that it was usable by agreeing on the entry time because they don't always keep the pool heated …. Perhaps they should specify on the site… We agree on the time as 5pm but unfortunately when we arrive at 5.30pm the pool is still frozen so no swimming. Unfortunately we also had a cold room, we were probably unlucky. On the bright side, they brought us an electric heater. Then in the evening the hotel hosted a kids party in the basement pub, it didn't bother us too much but I don't recommend it for a quiet holiday or for particularly demanding people because the music made the windows shake. Finally the breakfast was good and they warmed things up for the baby whenever so they were very nice about that!! Too bad because the structure itself would have a lot to offer !!

We stopped at this hotel almost in the middle of the night and I must say that the welcome was excellent. Externally the Erica hotel looks very good, with modern and clean lines, inside the situation in my opinion denotes a dated taste and furniture. Very spacious room as well as the bathroom and very good sleep quality. Decent breakfast and not very low bills, but on average South Tyrol has not very low prices.

Dopo il periodo di lockdown finalmente siamo tornati nel meraviglioso Trentino e in questo hotel familiare che come duce il nome "confort "come a casa .La famiglia Franceschini ,i 3 fratelli e soprattutto il super Manuel sempre cordiali e disponibili come il loro staff che dire mi sento a casa e me ne vado sempre con la lacrimuccia....siete grandi, a presto.
