I didn't really like staying in old hotels, but I booked it decisively when I saw the high ratings and good location. Sure enough, it is worth the money. The hotel has the feeling of the Hong Kong peninsula. Although it has a history, it is well maintained. The rooms and bathrooms are large. The outdoor swimming pool is very lively in the afternoon. The restaurant on the first floor has a good environment, but the dishes are too salty

Real good hotel during convention period.
Room is spacious and clean. Essential places like shopping mall, restaurant especially Korean foods and church etc are closed to this hotel.
I am very much satisfied except breakfast which is too high compared to simple buffet foods.

It is a 4-hour drive from Yellowstone Park. The hotel has new facilities and a 24-hour supermarket downstairs. The bread and coffee are good. The restaurant has good taste and service. There is not much to visit around, so it is suitable for a one-night stay while visiting several national parks to feel the atmosphere of the city.

Salt Lake City is not big, and the hotel is near the city center. It is definitely not comparable to the hardware of Sheraton in China, but the price is just like this in the United States. The decoration style of the room is still relatively old-fashioned, but it is still clean and tidy. The bathroom provides three sets of large, medium and small towels, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, body lotion, and disposable soap, but slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste must be delivered separately by the free room service, and they are not provided actively. There is a refrigerator in the room. The room is not small, but there is no sofa in the room, only a chair, and there is free wireless network in the room. There is a Starbucks in the hotel, and there is a 24-hour McDonald's next to the hotel. The fireplace in the hotel lobby is interesting. It is still lit at night, although it is already the end of May. The hotel parking lot charges guests 15 yuan a day for parking, which is deducted from the deposit when leaving the hotel. In short, as a full-service hotel, it is still ok to stay, and it is not expensive, but it must not be compared with Sheraton Marriott in China, otherwise you will be disappointed. Many hotels in the United States are like this.

The rooms are large and the facilities are new. The parking is 10 knives a day, and the highway is 1 minute away. It is very convenient. The hotel also offers free dinner from Monday to Thursday evening. Disadvantages are average for breakfast and dinner, haha
There is a free shuttle bus from Salt Lake City Airport to the hotel. The journey takes 10 minutes. Pick-up needs to be booked with the hotel in advance, and you can talk to the front desk. There is no supermarket around the hotel, only a small restaurant, there is free afternoon tea in the hotel, the variety is not too much but the taste is not bad. The room is very large and there is an open kitchen. The waiter will take the initiative to say hello and the service is good. The only memorable thing was that I was awakened by the hotel's fire alarm at four in the morning, and it was later found to be a false alarm. Overall it feels good, recommended to friends who transfer from Salt Lake City!
We stayed at other Springhill Suites before so these were unexpected: the toilet was separated from the shower/vanity area, in different end of the room, separated by a closet. A bit strange. And the size of the suite was much smaller than any Springhill Suite I ever stayed. The two queen beds took up most of the space. Not good for our family of four adults. (The room was stated as for four adults). Clean room. Free, ok breakfast.
Really nice, clean property close to the airport. Was undergoing some major renovations when I stayed, yet the whole property was nice and quiet. The beds were super comfortable and the breakfast spread was right on the money. It was a great place to stay before carrying onto Idaho the following day. Only downside is that the airport shuttle is shared among a group of hotels and it took over an hour for the shuttle to pick me up from the airport because they were just so incredibly busy.
The nearest hotel to the airport. Starting at 5 in the morning, go to the shuttle at the airport once in half an hour. After picking up the bus, you need to call the airport and wait for 10 minutes.

LLaoguobaThis one in Salt Lake City, the room was fine. Meet expectations. Breakfast is also quite satisfactory.
Only disappointment and upset was that I left the next day and the $198 deposit was never cancelled. Yes, it has been 11 days. I called the front desk on 7.16, and the female staff replied about 4 working days. As a result, looking at it today, all Marriott's Springhills have not been cancelled. But what stands out is that there is a $20 deposit for other Springhills suites. This 198, why? Salt Lake City expensive? Aren't you worried that such an inefficient cancellation of the deposit will affect your guests' next itinerary? Not everyone has a $30,000 credit card limit and can ignore your slow refunds. Regarding this hotel in Salt Lake City, it has bad reviews. It is recommended not to go if you are concerned about the speed of returning the 198 deposit.

GGuest UserThis was the best hotel on our trip. We felt very welcome and enjoyed all of the interactions with the employees. There are great restaurants in the area, the front desk made some great recommendations. This hotel’s very clean. The breakfast was great. They have pumpkin waffles that were fabulous. I had read a review that said they didn’t feel safe, however that was not our experience- we felt safe in the area. There are homeless folks in the area but we never felt unsafe. Great place!

GGuest UserWe stayed here for a national competition since this is one of the Hotels that was sanctioned by the organizers. The lack of service was just apparent from checkin all the way to everyday interaction. When we checked-in, I already felt the lack of appreciation for their guests as I never felt welcome from the get go. I was not acknowledge about being an IHG rewards member and welcomed at the Hotel. I must add though that when buying things in their marketplace, the interaction of charging our things with the front desk was fast and seamless so that is a positive. Also leading to our stay, I did have phone interaction with some of their staff for my reservation and they have been very helpful and accommodating so was surprised with my current experience here. There are no safebox to store some of your valuables and when I asked the front desk I was just told they have none in a lazy way without effort of providing alternatives or if they can help in any other way. Our first day, they locked breakfast area right at 9:30 sharp without letting the people already eating that they are closing. When we inquired with one of the staff, they replied in a kind of a rude way that ”when its close, its closed”. I could understand the policy but they would not even hear about suggestion of simply announcing that they are closing the breakfast area for last call so people could have a chance to get their last servings if needed. They also literally, close off the breakfast area while people are still eating almost like telling everyone to get out. I think this shows lack of service and professionalism with no empathy to their guests. it does look like they treat their guests as like burglars to close/lock off their breakfast area. For rooms, the area is a little bit smaller compared to some area hotels but typical of a Holiday Inn property so no complains there. Our rooms did not have issue(so far fingers crossed) but a lot of people in our group had room issues. Some have their locks not working after checkins and they have to work on fixing them and someone from our group was given a room that was still occupied. They have 2 gyms in different floors but smaller compared to other gyms from different hotels. They have a sauna and a pool so another positive. I am still checked in and staying for 5 more days so will update the review later but If not for our team choosing to stay on this Hotel I would have checked out and moved to Hilton across the street where we have a very positive experience a few years ago with the same competition.

Ggodgod111This room is still clean. I live on the second floor. There is a staff meeting room next to the room. Some people started talking at 7:00 in the morning. There is a door in the room that leads to the conference room. The room is not soundproof, so foreigners Loudly laughing and listening very clearly, the size of the room is as shown in the picture, it is ok to live alone, and the two people lived a little. The bed in the room is very soft, and the individual does not like the soft bed. There is a feeling of sinking...

PPWonaTripI dare you to look for a hotel that’s more convenient, cleaner, friendlier, up-to-date, and of good value in Salt Lake. From the modern decor to the amazingly friendly staff, I want to go back just to get to stay at this hotel again! On my last morning there, I noticed a group of what seemed to be hotel employees meeting in a small room off to the side. I found out it was indeed hotel employees – and the owner – who was grateful for my high praise of the property. I can sincerely say this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

I was here for 4 nights for a work training and ended up spending quite a bit of time on the property. The staff is quite welcoming and friendly. Common areas are bright, inviting and well-maintained. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to make use of the fitness area or pool, but both look well-kept and inviting. Both mornings that I used it, the breakfast area was kept very clean and very well-stocked. There is also an inviting patio area just outside the breakfast area to sit. In particular, I was thoroughly impressed with the genuine care, hospitable spirit and general competency of the manager, Jody. My work training left me very disappointed so having a drama-free hotel stay that left me feeling cared for really helped buoy my spirits.
XXIAOJUANThe bed is large and the room is large. The hotel breakfast is relatively simple and very close to the city centre. I took a taxi at the airport and collected 30 pieces. These old hotels abroad are basically showers that cannot be held. It was snowing the night, the next day was fine, and the photos taken in the room.

GGuest UserI would choose almost anywhere else. We had a dog so we paid the fee but the smell in our room was awful. When I asked the front desk if there were any other pet rooms available he told me they all smelled. Another worker standing nearby told me I couldn’t change rooms anyway because I’d already taken my dog into the room; even though we had only been there long enough to walk in, smell it and leave. The TV didn’t work so I tried calling the desk but the phone didn’t work either. They did have someone come and fix it fairly quickly. Airport shuttle driver made no effort to leave the drivers seat when we loaded up, even though it was dark, and I had a large suitcase, dog and my elderly mother in tow. We will pay the extra for something else next time.
GGuest UserI recently spent a week (second week of April) staying at this property and knew when booking it that I had to keep my expectations in check. The location was great for access to the car rental agency, airport and downtown locations I planned my week around. There is a Denny's, McDonalds and a killer good Mexican restaurant all with in a block or two. The property is worn and dated but all common areas are clean and without any musty or overpowering smells. The rooms are surprisingly large and I was quite comfortable with my bedding and pillows. The unfortunate thing was that during my visit they were unable to provide any air conditioning as their system was still set for winter. After returning to my room on the second day and finding it at 85 degrees I had to discuss options with the desk. They were very understanding and were able to move me to a cooler room that I was able to deal with after buying a fan from the local Walmart. I did note that the toilet paper holder was askew and partially pulled from the wall. The metal towel holder had at one time been ripped from the wall and reinstalled without any concern for the resulting sharp edges from the resulting damage. My smoke detector was not mounted to the ceiling but instead resided on the shelf inside the closet. For me these were all little things, excepting for the air conditioning, and inconveniences I could handle. If my wife had been with me the place would not have worked and I felt for those guys that were checking in with their female partners. This is basically one of those places where traveling construction crews utilize (at least during my stay it was). The staff is friendly, accommodating and left working with what they have do deal with the best they can. I almost got what I expected when booking this chain, however I have had excellent past stays at other Comfort Inn locations. Salt Lake City is very easy to maneuver and knowing that now, I would not hesitate to look for a better stay a little further from the central city. Would I stay again? Only by myself and on a tight budget. It was not terrible, unsafe, or dirty and did what I needed - just don't expect too much with the price.

GGuest UserFirst off, I love a hotel where the staff really works hard to take care of the traveler! Little things like breakfast starting at 4:30am instead of 6:30 or 7am. A great pool, great airport shuttle, and great service at checkin. Moses, the assistant mgr took great care of me at check in. The room was very large and very nice. The price was the best of all the hotels near the airport. Not a negative word to say about this place!

Temple Square
小小思文Temple Square is also a very characteristic place in Salt Lake City. You can see some quite interesting design styles on the square. The entire Temple Square is a huge place worth visiting. The square is surrounded by many local community complexes.
Utah State Capitol
小小思文The Utah State Capitol is also a place worth visiting. The Parliament House is quite large and is the most important administrative place of the Utah State Government. Many of the designs in the building are more interesting. It is more difficult to apply for a visit here.
Salt Lake Utah Temple
小小思文The Temple of the Magic Gate is also a very interesting place. The visit here is also quite good. You can see a lot of the characteristics and content of the Magic Gate religion. You can also simply understand some of the history of this relatively niche religion in the United States. The building includes many rooms.
This Is The Place Heritage Park
Llove is blueThis was our first stop to Salt Lake City. We had friends who had lived in the area for many years. This is where the first Mormon settlers arrived. There are many monuments describing this history and a visitor center with a small movie with this history.
City Creek Canyon
小小思文The canyon is in an area on the outskirts of Salt Lake City, and it is also a very interesting place to visit and enjoy. The canyon tourism here is also very well received. You can walk a long distance along the road in the canyon. It is very good.
Salt Lake City Tabernacle
小小思文The chapel is also a huge gathering venue, near the Temple of the Mormon Church, the chapel here is also a place where locals in the United States like to party, the interior decoration and performance of the chapel are very characteristic, I like some styles here.
Natural History Museum of Utah
小小思文The Utah Museum of Nature is a very interesting building. The museum has a lot of special fossil exhibits in the natural aspects. The natural museum is in the suburbs. The design and construction are also more in line with the local natural environment. The interior is very shocking.
Liberty Park
MMonique BakerHuge park. Has everything.
