Everything you want for a comfortable stay! Hot, powerful showers, very comfortable bed, amazing breakfast buffet (they keep refilling everything when it’s only half empty) polite, and friendly staff, very clean! Not far from the town. We had a rental car to stay one week in Salzburg and used this as our homebase …basically just had breakfast and slept so we didn’t see around the rest of the yard but it looks amazing for families.

The hotel is out of town in a nice, quiet area up on a hill with a lovely view of Salzburg. The breakfast was great and the rooms were comfortable with updated decor. The gal at the front desk was able to call and get us a Sound of Music Tour that I wasn't able to book from my phone the day of which meant a lot to me. She was so friendly and helpful.

Der Service leider maßlos überfordert. Auch auf konkrete Nachfragen keine Antworten, stattdessen nur patzige und unfreundliche Aussagen seitens des Service-Leiters. Wir haben uns mehr als unwohl gefühlt, da wir das Personal offensichtlich störten - fraglich bei was, es war nicht viel los. Auch andere Gäste sprachen uns an und teilten die schlechten Erfahrungen gleichermaßen. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen, selten so unfreundlich und unprofessionell behandelt worden! Schade um die Aussicht.

Siamo tornati in questo hotel dopo alcuni anni e non siamo rimasti delusi rispetto ai nostri ricordi! La camera molto spaziosa avrebbe bisogno di una rimodernata, ma il balcone con una splendida vista su Salisburgo fanno dimenticare ogni difetto. Buona la colazione internazionale con prodotti di qualità. Prezzo leggermente alto ma per la zona ci può stare. Ottimo anche il ristorante, con materie prime di qualità. Se dovessimo ricapitare da queste parti sicuramente torneremo ancora!
