The room is very nicely decorated and very clean. The breakfast buffet is very varied with a large selection. The staff is very friendly and helpful!

I spent two nights at this charming hotel in April 2024. It was my second visit to Salzburg in 16 years, and I decided to return to the Rosenvilla Hotel, where I stayed previously. They have done some upgrades and renovations to the decor and furniture since my last visit, and I was pleased to see they are now using solar power to be more environmentally friendly. However, what impressed me the most was the continued excellent service. The staff were all very attentive and genuinely focused on making my stay in Salzburg as enjoyable as possible. One highlight of my stay was the delicious breakfast served at the hotel—it was the best breakfast I had during my trip. I even requested to stay in the same single room I had enjoyed during my visit in the summer of 2007, and the staff kindly accommodated my request, which made me very happy. This is my favourite hotel of this trip and I will definitely come back to this hotel again whenever I'm back to Salzburg.

Quaint hotel, feels like visiting your family in a beautiful house. I have to thank Christopher and Junior for their friendly and courteous service.
Location is wonderful in the middle of a very quiet residential area, not far from the center (takes like 10 minutes by Bus). The bus stop is only half a block away. There is a Chinese restaurant in the corner and a gas station less than a block away with a little shop.

I have rarely experienced such friendly and nice staff in a hotel. You felt welcome from the very beginning. Whether at breakfast or at reception. I noticed this again and again every day. The breakfast was very good and the rooms were clean and as described. A thoroughly positive stay.

The Rosevilla is really a very nice alternative for staying close to the city in Salzburg. The lovingly owner-managed hotel is very well maintained and tastefully furnished. The staff and the owner are extremely friendly and will fulfill almost any wish. If you arrive by car, there are generally enough parking spaces on the property - because of the location very close to the city center, you can then quickly get to Salzburg's old town by bus, on foot or even by taking a short taxi ride. Strongly recommended.
