Bedding facilities are old and stained Breakfast is good, with a variety of dishes I went midweek but it was still quite crowded

It's close to the beach, so it's easy to go to the beach. The resort is large so you can move around by cart. The golf course also offers discounts for resort guests.

The elevator is too small, which is a minus point here. In addition, to go to some floors, you have to take another elevator, which is quite a long walk and inconvenient.

I come every year during Tet period. It's quiet and nice.

Friendly staff, 5-star rooms. I went on the September 2nd holiday and the staff said there were too many customers so there was a shortage of face towels and hand towels (added later). The damaged hair dryer was also replaced, but I found I had to run to another room to get it, but it was still a bit slow due to the old, bad button. In general, it's okay to live, but I'd rather live in Vin

Nice stay despite a minimalistic room (small size, only 2 towels, 2 water glasses, no coffee/tea) thx to courteous staff, great dinner & breakfast. VERY disappointed at FLC Grand HALONG BAY which charged VND 200K extra/person as foreigners (?!) when we have resided in Vietnam since 2020! Noisy hotel, average food, NO terrace. Never again

My please to say that I appreciated to all room service staff, they are friendly and enthusiastic as it is a requirement as always in hospitality. But, unfortunate, there is 1 staff using bossy voice to command guest and she did not sanitize after answered phone call while assisting for PCR test. During this pandamic, we all understood what we need to do when we back to Viet Nam for vacation after work, how distance we need to keep to safe ourself and others. We all followed instruction and we paid high price for accomodation. So, please have the right behaviour, right attitude to treat every customer. Owner has been built nice facilities with location, please have a nice staff to credit your bussiness. Regards.

The hotel is of decent quality, but still quite high compared to the service, this area is more suitable for quietness. Not located in the center of Sam Son city, if you want to go out, you have to take a tram or taxi to the city center.
