Conveniently located near beach, restaurants, and shops. Spacious rooms with well-equipped kitchens. Exceptional cleanliness and helpful, friendly staff. Comfortable beds and modern amenities.

The location of this property is nice as you can walk through town on the way to the beach. The deck and pool is also a nice place to hang out. The big downside are all of the additional and somewhat "hidden" fees. Laundry was listed as an amenity on ******* yet we were charged $24 for a small, single load. There was also a "cleaning fee" despite the notice that there is NO daily cleaning. A nightly fee for our 6 year old child ("extra guest") and also a fee for a roll away bed we could have done without. All of these fees were unbeknownst to us until we looked into the bill further. There was also a large storm one evening which left the property without running water well into the next day when we checked out, however, there might not be much the hotel can do about that.

Loved this hotel. It's fairly new so everything is updated and modern. We had a spacious 1 bedroom unit. The kitchen had a full-sized fridge, microwave, toaster oven, cooktop and was well stocked. The TV had lots of channels including some english ones (CNN, Fox News, MSNBC). The unit had a king size bed with great pillows. Shower worked well. Good air con and wifi. Appreciated the rack for hanging wet bathing suits and towels. Lovely pool surrounded by greenery. The water was warm and the shallow area was not deep and would be great for little ones. The hotel is maybe two blocks from the ocean. There is small super next door but there is also a nearby street with three larger supermarkets. Staff was friendly. There is no housekeeping (we prefer this). There was a laundry room on the premises but we did not use it. There was no hair dryer in the unit (I had my own) but perhaps you could ask for one at the front desk. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back.
