Sadly we were probably expecting too much . Honestly don’t think it is 5 star resort , but that just compared to other 5 star resort we have stayed in. Also didn’t feel All Inclusive with some of the extra charges they wanted to charge for . Staff though were very nice and couldn’t fault them . Room was nice a clean although pool areas were not . Hotel could be a lot better with just small details.

Overall the hotel exceeded our expectations. The decor of the hotel was bright and airy.
The food choice was excellent at all meals times and the all inclusive package provided just what we wanted.
The staff to a person were friendly helpful and welcoming

A lovely hotel where “ALL” the staff work incredibly hard and are very personable. We encountered many staff who went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. Brian in particular was a member of staff who added a few extra touches to assist us with a couple of birthdays celebrations whilst we were there. We would have liked a few discreetly placed tip boxes so we were able to reward and recognise many of the hard working staff instead of individuals who were serving us on the odd occasion. Whilst we understand tipping is purely optional it would have been a nice touch for all staff to benefit during the festive period. The different restaurant set ups are a good idea so you don’t spend your whole stay in a buffet restaurant and there is generally something for everyone. Our only tip would be to place a microwave in the buffet so if like us you like your food piping hot you would have the option to heat it to your desired temperature. This was our first visit to Gran Canaria and both the hotel, the hotel staff , Canarian locals and the area made it a fabulous holiday for us

Those vacations with all my family were so nice. We did a lot of activities and relaxed also a lot near the pool and the bar. The weather was super and the people working there have a really good energy. Especially Nerea at the aquagym hahahaha.

From the moment we arrived we was treated like royalty, we was offered a bottle of water while we was checking in as it was a warm day. We was asked if we would like a tour of the facilities while they got our room ready which we gladly accepted. Louis took us on a in-depth tour of the hotel and was such a delight, he could not do enough for us and made us feel so relaxed (he should be rewarded for the way he treats people, he would be a credit to any organisation). Once the tour was over he offered to show us to our room, at this point I said "let me grab our suitcase" to which his reply was "my colleague will bring this to your room". Louis showed us to our room (Reserve junior suite ocean view) and as we walked in (we was on our honeymoon) the was a row of rose petals leading to our bed with a big rose petal heart on it, a bottle of champagne on ice, a plate of sweets and a personalised hand written card from the staff congratulating us on our wedding. As my wife was looking at everything and crying happy tears Louis looked at me and gave me the thumbs up (it's the little touches that count). The whole hotel was immaculate, food was amazing (even the quality of the food in the buffet restaurant was unbelievable) and a massive variety of choice. On whole this has been a amazing honeymoon and the staff have made us feel extra special for our special occasion. We will 100% return to this hotel when we can next get away from the kids lol

Vayamos directamente al personal que es lo que hace que tú estancia sea inmejorable. Jorge (metre): Profesionalidad hecha persona. Considero que un jefe de sala debe tener lo que esta persona tiene. Los tiempos y las distancias son difíciles de aprender, eso se tiene o no sé tiene. Kevith: Servicial, atento, confianza, sosiego. Si buscas un hotel de lujo y la definición de un buen servicio creo que es posible que salga la foto de esta persona. Las cualidades que transmite arriba descritas no son suficientes para describirlo. Espectacular. Jenifer Vega: Alegría, diferencia, gusto. Pedí el apellido de esta persona porque considero que no debía haber confusión. Es el plus que muchas veces falta en estos establecimientos. Da esa chispa que no puede faltar, siempre en su sitio, pero con esa picardía gustosa y alegre. Natalidja: Dulcura. Sofisticación hecha persona. Se nota claramente cuando una perdona ha recorrido mundo y da gusto que lo transmita a los huéspedes. Hay tantas cosas que hace que este hotel sea de lo mejor que hemos visto que es difícil pero repito si algo fuera totalmente reseñable sería el personal. Otra de las cosas que me encantaron fue la animación en las salas, digno de hotel de la zona oeste de Estados unidos unido a la finura Española. Gracias por todo y a todos. Volveremos.
