excellent location, the place is magical, the people too. Not expensive at all for what they offer. I felt at home, comfortable in every space of the hotel, we were a group of 18, and we were all pampered by these magical plece and magical people. I recommend 100% and will definetively stay here next time in Bariloche

Hotel é bonito, pois tem uma vista incrível do lago . Tem ambientes com lareiras e bem aconchegantes . Café é bem saboroso: come médialunas, pães , algumas frutas , café , iogurtes , bolos, etc. Mas não é aquela variedade de hotéis que temos do Brasil. Tem opção de janta de ué Piscina não é quente, apenas “não fria”. Quartos tem calefação ruim e ficam quente demais mesmo com o aquecedor fechado e umidade na janela pingando . Tem uma estrutura mais antiga e tudo faz barulho: elevador , pessoas no corredor , som na recepção. Mas a decepção foi uma festa até meia noite no Wine bar do hotel com DJ para um público externo de jovens. Não dava para dormir e mesmo com reclamação não cessou barulho. Algo muito incômodo pelo preço pago nesta época do ano para um hotel que se diz de contato com natureza e descanso. A gerente disse que não esperavam que isso iria atrapalhar. Lembro que em Bariloche precisamos acordar cedo para os passeios e ski.

Cómo explicar lo excelente que es este lugar en pocas palabras..intento y no me sale. Hospedarse en La Cascada es sentirse feliz de haber apostado a la mejor ubicación sea invierno o verano, recibir un servicio tan amable, cálido y predispuesto del personal las 24hs, dormir en habitaciones impecables con vista increíble, y darse el lujo de dar un paseo por un sendero bosque + Cascada hasta llegar al lago..es la verdadera experiencia Bariloche. Imposible dejar de mencionar la gastronomía y Wine Room con impronta patagónica...simplemente opten por esta opción es super recomendable. Gracias.

Excelente estrutura, atendimento, ofereceram um simpático upgrade, vista maravilhosa! Só achamos a estrutura de praia precária e com atendimento despreparado mas adoramos a experiência. A visita para o lago é sensacional e a estadia valeu muito a pena.

Hébergement vieillissant ; nous avions pris la suite parentale. Un hôtel quelconque, simplement logé dans uns villa proche du lac. Bariloche nous a offert beaucoup mieux, pour nettement moins cher.
