Very nice hotel. I think that we had one of the best rooms with a turret overlooking the lake. The spa and indoor pool are fabulous. There is a huge breakfast buffet with everything you could want. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and the food was delicious. There was a medical conference on when we arrived- possibly optical staff? I did find it a little disconcerting that many of the delegates used the pool area to access a terrace leaving the door open so that the pool area became cold. Is there another access they could have used? We left the hotel at 5 am for an early flight. In our rush I left both of my swimming costumes in the bathroom where I had hung them to dry. I emailed the hotel and asked them to send them to our hotel in Buenos Aires to which we would be arriving 8 days later. I said that I would pay shipping costs. They did not respond to my email which was disappointing especially as one of the swimming costumes had been quite expensive. The email I used was the one on the hotel website. I would recommend the hotel for everything except their response to email.

Stayed here for 3 nights in October, the room is clean but a bit dark and dated. Limited places to plug anything in. Central heating was on and made the room very warm, but could be turned off. No air con but not needed at this time of year. Toiletries were available in the bathroom. There’s a minibar fridge which you can put your own drinks in. We used the spa on one of the days which was a nice area. There’s also a pool table and table tennis table which are free to use. Staff were very helpful with excellent English. Very near to Nene which was one of our best meals in Argentina. Great view of the lake from the bedroom.

Pasamos 3 noche en este maravilloso hotel, en una habitación delante mismo del lago con unas vistas preciosas. Todo muy limpio. Camas muy cómodas. Comida y desayunos estupendos. Atención magnífica de todo el personal, especial mención para Angie que nos atendió 2 noches en el restaurante aconsejándonos sobre la carta y vino que tomar. Un 10

Estuve varias veces en invierno y nunca pude usar esa hermosa pileta...es demasiado fría.. (y es el motivo por el que le dimos otra oportunidad,estaria toda la tarde nadando)...no volveré. Por lo demás;todo hermosisimo;desde el paisaje a la atención del personal. La comida en el restaurante excelente. La vista desde las habitaciones una hermosura...pero teníamos que pedir cada noche que prendieran la calefacción de nuestra habitación ..en un 4 estrellas!!!
