El hotel lindo, tranquilo, acogedor, muy cerca del parque central y ese fue mi principal motivo por el que reservé pero al final me resultó peor ya que su estacionamiento no está cerca, los vehículos se quedan a unas 4 cuadras del hotel, así que no me gustó, nos agarró la lluvia y aunque apoya a trasladar tu equipaje no está padre caminar mucho si el chiste es que te quedas cerca del parque por lo mismo.

Eins vorweg: So schön wie die dargestellten Zimmer im Prospekt hatten wir es auf unserer Mexiko-Rundreise nicht, aber die Räume waren vollkommen in Ordnung. Die Lage ist wirklich klasse! Man ist in dieser wunderschönen Stadt mit seinen freundlichen Einwohnern wirklich mitten drin. Auch die Atmosphäre des Hotels ist nett, denn es gibt hier einen netten Innenhof mit einer kleinen Bar. Dort frühstückt man im übrigen auch. Und das Essen ist tatsächlich gut, wenn man keine gehobenen Ansprüche hat. Die Zimmer sind sauber und zweckmäßig. Einziger Kritikpunkt an diesem Hotel: Auch hier spricht man - selbst an der Rezeption - kein Englisch. Wie kann das sein, wenn man in solch einem touristischen Ort arbeitet?

Desde que hablé por teléfono para reservar, el trato de la señorita que está en la mañana es muy agradable. Llegamos al hotel y nos recibieron excelente. Las habitaciones son muy limpias y las instalaciones también. Aunque el hotel no es nuevo, es muy seguro. Hubo un inconveniente con el celular de un familiar que al parecer estaba perdido y los colaboradores se encargaron de buscarlo y entregarlo. 💜 ¡Muchas gracias por tan excelente trato!

Es una opción de hospedaje bastante buena, el servicio es súper amable, tienen habitaciones muy cómodas con muy buenos servicios. Lo que podría ser un inconveniente es que algunas habitaciones dan a la zona del buffet, que algunas habitaciones tienen colchones duros y que, no hay aire acondicionado, no sé si todo el tiempo haga frío pero si no, creo que sufrirán jajaja

Pas de fenêtres dans les chambres. Chambres et salles de bains vieillottes, humides et très sombres. Petit-déjeuner très maigre, et rien à manger pour les enfants (uniquement du salé). Wifi comme si n'existait pas. Aucune prise électrique dans les chambres. Salle de bain minuscule. .

Buena opcion , si desea estar cerca de casi todo lo que ofrece el centro de San Cristobal. Si esta bonito el hotel y limpio. No entendie el hecho que alguien del cuarto de al lado use su baño y se escuche todo. Por que no tiene extractores de aire o ventanas hacia afuera en lugar de estar hacia la habitacion contigua. El lavamanos esta incomodo de usar al menos la de esa habiatacion que me toco aunque si es bonito y una llave muy elegante vintage. Deverian tomar en consideracion los comentarios de requeriemientos ; pero da igual no nos afecta en nada. Las amenidades si deberian considerar poner de acuerdo a la ocupacion del cuarto, eramos 3 personas y solo dos toallas, un bote miniatura de shampoo, y un jabon miniatura. Muchas gracias por sus servicios.
