The balcony is comfortable, large and habitable and boasts a large roller blind that allows you to enjoy the shade even during the hottest hours of the day, as well as guaranteeing maximum privacy. The curtain can in fact be extended up to the parapet of the balcony, completely closing off the environment. At the back of the house it is possible to park in a closed and private shared area, with a reduced parking space for a medium-sized car.
