The accommodation is air-conditioned thanks to the presence of a machine in the living room, while in one of the two bedrooms there is a machine that only has the fan function active. The balcony is comfortable, large and habitable and boasts a large roller blind that allows you to enjoy the shade even during the hottest hours of the day, as well as guaranteeing maximum privacy. The curtain can in fact be extended up to the parapet of the balcony, completely closing off the environment. At the back of the house it is possible to park in a closed and private shared area, with a reduced parking space for a medium-sized car. While on the front, the alley and the courtyard are accessible only to a few residents. At the back of the house it is possible to park in a closed and private area, The measurements of the parking space are 5.00 meters in length, 3 meters in width and 2 meters in height. The accommodation is located in Corte Sant'Andrea which crosses via Atene, this is the third street on the right along via Atene with the sea behind.
