You show that the hotel had parking as part of their offer You did not disclaim that you have to pay for it we have to dealnwith a couple of rude employees for more than one hour because they really were wanting to cancel the reservation even befire we say anything. We talk to one of your customer service attendants in India and we did not understood any of her explanations and Im sure she did not understood us either. Finilly we paid 75 extra dollars and face our room. It was a little.bit less than a jail room of a cheap.movie. Ill wont recomend it to my worst enemy. The smell.of the carpet was disgusting and there were long black hairs in the bed. We were glad to bring some blankets and sleep in double cloths. The Heather was faulty and only run at full heat so we have to wake upnin the morning to turn it off and on again. You ruin my 3 days vacation in San Francisco
