The sanitation and environment are good, but there was a fire alarm in the middle of the night (it was finally said to be a false alarm), and the front desk did not broadcast a notice or explain the situation. The passengers were very panicked. I personally feel that the service is a bit behind..

This hotel is a gem! From the friendly staff, the room amenities and comfortable rooms and beds to the excellent program of events and activities that the hotel has on offer, we had a wonderful stay and just wish we had more time to take advantage of the extras this hotel gives you.
Freshly brewed local coffee in the morning with pastries/biscuits and fresh fruit-infused water always available in reception, these little extras made us feel extra welcome and we’d definitely return and recommend to others.
The location in Fisherman’s Wharf area is perfect as well!
