San Francisco Inn

As soon as we walked in and tried to put water in the fridge there was stale milk still in there, kind of taken aback by that, but that was only the beginning. The room looks nothing like it does in the photos and it is so small we had to go outside just to change our minds about staying here. The TV doesn't work and when I tried to get someone to fix it, I called down to the front desk at least 10 times, after a while they disconnected my phone so I couldn't call anymore and had to go down there and each time he forgot about helping me. I wake up this morning cuz there's a coffee maker but that doesn't even work. This is the worst experience I have ever had to deal with in regards to a hotel. They say it's free parking but there's not enough parking stalls for the people staying here. The walls are super thin and you can hear it everything. I woke up this morning with a bad back because of this bed. When I try to call customer service, it's outsourced to the Philippines and even the customer service representative was hard to understand. I will never ever use trip.com ever again and I advise that you should not either!

Love this hotel!! This hotel is in the most convenient location, and it even has protected, and covered, parking free with the reservation!! Just a free parking alone is worth the stay !! But honestly I got to tell you about the rooms, because that's what we're here for right? Before they started renovating the rooms were okay, but now that they have renovated most of the rooms, this place is top notch! The rooms are very clean, for the first time ever. I did feel like I needed to bring my own bedding, especially because they notably wash everything, but they also clean the pillows! Pillows! Imagine That! It's such a wonderful feeling checking into a hotel that keeps my car safe and protected with cameras and also from the rain, but also having a wonderful feeling of safety when I just simply lay my head down on a freaking pillow that's not mine! You guys/gals/other... I'm telling you... This is the place! If you want to make sure that you, your family, and even your CAR, is feeling safe? Come to San Francisco Inn. If you worry about seeing it all, this hotels convenient location will help with this. If you want you're clothes and business suit to be hung or folded and put into nice drawers? Gotta stay here. Need coffee? This hotel provides that in your room with a fridge AND microwave! Ever since COVID, not a single hotel provides breakfast... Except for San Francisco Inn! They still have that for sure! And seriously.... WALK IN SHOWERS! NOT that disgusting bathtub BS!!

I really enjoyed my stay at San Francisco inn the room had nice cozy queen size beds modern decor spacious bathrooms with sky lights,very clean,free parking,great location and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay I give this hotel five stars

Door didn't dead lock. Door Frame in repair process. Wifi's so far away from the room I was in, didn't work. Sat TV didn't have a remote. Took a day or two to have the guys bring me one. RANDOM PERSON KNOCKED ON MY HOTEL DOOR AT 11PM my last night. Keep in mind, you have to have a key to get into the main staircase to get to the room. Bro if you have something going on, give your correct room number and meet them outside of the space. Not their fault but... It' ain't quiet ever. Police, loud cars, helicopters, screaming people. But look, it's cheap and in the location I wanted to be in to see a show. That's what you get. If you can deal with all the above, great place to crash. The guys doing the hotel service were good, not their fault for all the stuff.

Rooms smell like cigarette smoke, if you ask them for another room they are “full booked” yet there were many rooms available.
