Das Hotel hält absolut was es in der Beschreibung und auf den Bildern verspricht. Der Check-In klappt schnell und unkompliziert. Die Zimmer und Badezimmer sind sauber und riechen gut. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und alle Stockwerke sind über einen Aufzug erreichbar. Die Rezeption ist 24/7 mit Personal besetzt, das stets freundlich ist und für Fragen offen ist. Fußläufig ist der Union Square gut zu erreichen und auch Busstationen sind gleich ums Eck. Rund um ein tolles Hotel und einen Aufenthalt ist sehr zu empfehlen.

This hotel is amazing! I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms are spacious and clean and they even offer free coffee and pastries in the morning. The bed was super comfy as well. The location is good you can even walk to some attractions. Timer is a receptionist and he checked me in. He did an awesome job and answered all my questions! I would highly recommend the hotel.

Stayed here for one night while on a road trip. Cute place, nice location with a comfortable bed, clean, and friendly front desk. Loved the pillows, so soft and comfy. No fridge and had to pay for parking was a downside. But overall, I would recommend.

The room was a pretty good size. The bathroom was beautiful and spacious. I loved their toiletries, they smelled wonderful. Bed was comfy, room was clean. We only stayed 1 night but everyone at the hotel were friendly, courteous and accommodating . We will be back! definitely. Thank you. Nancy B. Room 509

Tried to check in early for our room. We were told that our room #608 was ready but we had to pay an extra $25 by one person but she was corrected by her coworker that the cost would be $45 to have early check in. We declined and said we would come back When we returned to check in, we were given keys to room # 506. I asked what happened to #608 and she said. “They are they same rooms,” When we were asked to pay, we asked what the room rate is, we were told “I don’t know, I can’t see it. Just tap, swipe or insert your card Nice hotel otherwise, recently renovated. Secure parking very close

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, me asignaron una habitación de bienvenida muy confortable. Los empleados son muy gentiles, especialmente Shabbby quien nos atendió espectacular, nos brindó muchas ayudas, sabe como tratar a los extranjeros y habla perfecto el español.

Hotel clean, good smell, good design. Location of hotel not so good cause its trashy outside of door of hotel, smelly and trails of homelessness near. There was also a problem with accidental deposit, their terminals were not working and clerk was asking me to give him $200 cash. I said “excuse me” after he spoke to his boss they put pending $50 on my card as pending deposit. So if your terminal doesnt work to take in a card that is out of line to ask me for cash. Over all experience good

My sister and I went to SF to attend a music festival. We booked this room a month or 2 in advance and paid. The day before we were leaving, they sent us a message that they closed. Some people had received that message weeks in advance. Instead of compensating for the extremely short notice, they sent us sister hotels. Most located in the Tenderloin…. We scrambled and paid premiums to book something. Caused huge inconveniences. Extremely upsetting they did nothing to help us and said tough luck, go figure it out. Was excited to try them out as I come to SF often. Beware, if they treat customers like this, I don’t even want to know how the stay is. :(
