Very chaotic hotel and having known Decameron for years my expectations were having great experience but instead it turn out very disappointing. Not many options for meal and restaurant and food is very regular. System to book for restaurant is so out dated. In a so called all inclusive resort if you ask anything twice they don’t have it. I was with a Kid and TV doesn’t work, Internet service was intermittent. There is barely any place to move around in a hotel. No Spa and mini swimming pool. Very disappointing experience.

Segunda vez que venimos; gran lugar para disfrutar en familia. Aunque su playa es pequeña se puede disfrutar del mar. Sus opciones de comida en el buffet es amplia y de muy buen sabor. Sus instalaciones son amplias y limpias y cuentan con varias áreas de diversión. Recuerden que el hotel que da ubicado hacia la parte sur de la isla y cualquier desplazamiento en carro hacia el centro o donde está el comercio tiene un valor el taxi entre 40.000 y 50.000 por trayecto. Otra opción es bus público por un valor de COP 4.500 el pasaje

Petit hôtel sans prétention, très sympathique. À l'écart de la ville. Chambre petite mais propre et fonctionnelle. Bonne nourriture, personnel amical. 3 piscines, petite plage de l'autre côté de la rue ( il n'y a pas de chaise) Je recommande pour personne tranquille!:)

Al hotel le falta mantenimiento, es cierto q la salinidad y la humedad deterioran, pero hay lugares donde se nota mucho el desgaste, humedad, madera dañada incluso dentro de las habitaciones. Dicho esto, el servicio y las personas son muy amables, siempre atentos a ayudarnos y solucionar nuestras dudas. Un aspecto es q las habitaciones junto a la cancha de tenis están en el sector de carga y descarga, así que a partir de las 6 am hay mucho ruido y los empleados gritan y se rien y el ruido es muy incómodo e impide tener un buen descanso. La playa de este hotel es limitada y tiene piedras, sin embargo pudimos hacer snorkeling ya q se ven peces y no es muy profundo, recomiendo usar zapatos para playa. La cena navideña fue deliciosa, creo q para el precio que se paga todo es muy bueno, bebidas, snacks, y mucha comida. Resalto nuevamente el servicio de cada persona q trabaja allá, fueron muy amables, sonrientes y dispuestos en todo momento a servir y ayudar. Sin dudarlo regresaría.

El servicio fue muy bueno, la atención al cliente también, las instalaciones estaban en buenas condiciones, sin embargo el horario que indicaban para abrir los bares no era completamente certero, ya que en algunas ocasiones abría mucho más tarde de la hora

Personal amable y atento, comida siempre fresca, diferentes actividades, habitaciones medianamente buenas y las instalaciones en general muy llamativas y espacios agradables para compartir tanto fuera como dentro del hotel, en general una experiencia agradable.

Habitación con muchas deficiencias, nevera no funcionaba, baño con mal olor, pisos y paredes fisuradas, instalaciones en común aseadas, comida excelente, aplicación para reservar en otros hoteles de la cadena con menos de 5 minutos para poder reservar

Es un hotel muy bonito. Muy retirado si quieres estar en la zona del comercio y la zona hotelera. Y el transporte por irte en taxi para desplazarte al centro es costoso, pero si vas a descansar es maravilloso, está lejos del bullicio, es un hotel muy isleño . Sus habitaciones son tipo canaletas.tiene 4 por Piscinas,bar de día y de noche. La comida es variada. Tiene dos restaurantes de comida internacional.cruzas la calle frente a la entrada del hotel y está la playa de San Luis hay varias playas lindas cerca del hotel me encantó la de los charquitos. Está cerca el blue cove,la cueva de Morgan, el pollo soplador,las piscinas naturales, es un hotel bastante tranquilo.comodo, el servicio de los empleados es bueno . Las instalaciones son bonitas. Y la tranquilidad es excelente.

Dissatisfaction
Pros: Great Food nice pools
Cons: No wifi the and the front desk people are rude. Also far from all the main attractions this hotel is pretty much a motel with me ce pools. Don't recommend at all.
