Fantastic stay at the Numu, we were there for my niece's wedding. The Numu exceeded all our expectations with excellent customer service, clean rooms with multiple housekeeping services throughout each day and delicious food! Shout out to Baldomar for spending a good portion of his day helping me locate my phone that I left in a taxi!

Excelente atención del personal en todo momento, es un hotel con muchos detalles, nos dejaban sorpresas en la habitación así como el servicio de primer nivel, los cuartos son amplios y cuentan con balcón al restaurante Enrique y la zona de Yoga, cuenta con un restaurante (NOIA) en la parte de terraza con vista a la Iglesia de San Miguel Arcángel, así como con una infinity pool en cual de igual manera maneja un menu diferente de alimentos para degustar en la alberca, cuenta con estacionamiento propio lo cual en SMA es clave, así como distancias cortas caminando al centro (5-10 minutos), sin duda volveremos!

El hotel brinda una experiencia high end de alto valor y a un excelente precio. La comida, especialmente el desayuno fue excepcional. El personal muy amable y las camas, muy, muy cómodas. Ser recibidos por Pancho, el perrito del hotel fue muy especial.

Exceeded my expectations! Such a good location, brilliant service and beautiful decor. The food was good, the pool and upstairs bar/restaurant has the best view. The room had everything we needed. The robe was so good, I bought one to take home (short sleeved and the perfect weight).

The hotel is very clean, modern feel, friendly staff, and the drinks are good. It is right across the street from The Rosewood but for this particular trip Numu was about 1/3 the cost of the Rosewood. It is in a perfect location, the room was well kept, internal facing the courtyard, and the pool was very relaxing. We really enjoyed staying here and I can't say enough good things about all of the staff.

Increíble, la decoración, el confort, todos los espacios confortables muy bien distribuidos con increíble decoración y muy bien equipados. Muy cerca de todo cuenta con estacionamiento.
El área de la alberca padrísima climatizada nos tocó aproximadamente a 36 grados. Padrísimo el roof top
Y el servicio excelente súper agradables: Enrique, Alexis, Jorge, Brittany, Jesús. Todos con increíble trato y muy dispuestos. También nos tocó Pool party con DJ padrísimo. Todo Increíble por mucho que el mejor lugar de San Miguel de Allende
