Hotels near Zocalo, San Miguel de Allende

Hotel staff are incredibly helpful and very accommodating. Parking is available and a must have when staying in San Miguel Allende. Breakfast from 9-11 included eggs cooked for you, not the usual you would have expected like cereal etc. The area is relatively quiet, we slept like babies. The location is an an easy and inexpensive cab ride from the hotel and the best way to travel back and forth from the city. Beautiful environment that lives up to its name, MANSION SAN MIGUEL ALLENDE!!!!

This stay was really unforgettable. First of all, the people in this homestay are very nice. It rained on the day I checked in. The mother-in-law who cleaned up the room would first let me check-in to give me water and coffee. Then this room is also very clean. There is a small fountain in the room. The most important thing was that something happened that made me forget. When I had left Guanajuato, I received a notice from the hotel that the mother-in-law who cleaned the room picked up the iPhone I left in the room. Then I was coming back from Guajuato. My mother-in-law was very worried about when I arrived and I was afraid that I could not retrieve my iPhone. Later, I returned to this homestay in this city to find my mother-in-law. My mother-in-law has been waiting for me to not get off work. This matter touched me very much. Prove that the people in this homestay are very honest.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. The room was spotless, the staff was welcoming, and the bed was very comfortable. The only small note is that the water pressure in the shower could be a bit stronger. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended.

I stayed here for 8 days as a solo traveler.  The location was perfect.  It was close to Centro, markets and sites; yet far enough away to be quiet and feel calm.  The lower level patio is beautiful and serene, while the upstairs patio provides a beautiful view of the countryside. It is very clean and Lupe cleaned my place daily with care and thoughtfulness.  I appreciated that she replaced something that wasn't working properly before I even had a chance to report it.  The staff (Jessica and Maria) are super kind and helpful, and always greets with a smile!  I highly recommend this place! 

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were small but very cozy, making them comfortable and inviting. Everything was exceptionally clean, especially the bathroom, which I truly appreciated. The hotel has a lovely rustic design that creates a warm and charming atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The only minor inconvenience was that the parking lot is located a bit far from the hotel. While this isn’t necessarily a negative aspect, it can be a bit troublesome, particularly when it’s raining. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Room had no bedroom slippers, coffee tea making services - none of the usual or basic amenities provided by hotels. The worst was the shower area. Water leaks out to outside area till the carpeted floor. The bathroom area was run down. No hot water at the water basin. No stopper found for Water basin/sink . The bathroom had a window pane opening out and not supported by a ventilator . Cold at night .

這是一家充滿藝術氣息的小規模酒店。每間客房設計都不同。我親自住過3個房間。更讓我驚喜的是酒店工作人員的熱情，儘管語言不同，但儘量理解我的要求並滿足。要説明的是酒店離市中心步行要25分鐘左右，也不是五星酒店的設施，適合經濟旅行的人。It's a small hotel but you can feel art everywhere in it. each room has it own design. I have stayed in 3 rooms and everyone is different. What made me happy much is their people's. Although I can't speak Spanish well, they tried understand me and help me all. off course, must say, it is need about 25 minutes to arrive downtown by walking. if take a car, only 5 minutes. and it isn't a 5 star hotel, is meet who want travel with ecnomico plan.

I was worried because I saw some reviews on Google saying there were bed bugs, but there weren't any in the room I stayed in. Considering the low price, the entire hotel was very clean, and they provided free water and a coffee machine with a wide selection, so I was very satisfied. Although it is far from the city center, the town itself is small so it's not too far and it's easy to get around using Uber. I would definitely stay here again if I come to San Miguel de Allende again.

I was very happy with this classic hacienda on the hill with great overview of the wide valley 😃 - the hotel has save private parking lots and quiet surrounding. The swimming pool was refreshing - you only have to walk a steep street or take a Uber/Taxi to reach to city center and back.

It doesn’t have a hotel front so and it closes its cafe which is the entrance to the rooms at 4pm. So in case you arrive late, you need to communicate with the hotel in advance. The room was cozy and clean, the cafe serves excellent coffee and light meals.
