Excelente atención tanto en la recepción como en el spa!!! La habitación muy amplia, limpia y cómoda. Un desayuno espectacular La ubicación es excelente ya que estás a un paso de todo, muy buen estacionamiento. Internet funciona muy bien en las habitaciones!!

Excelente hotel...solo pasamos por San Rafael una noche... pero suficiente para comprobar las opiniones que había leído...en cuanto personal, limpieza, desayuno (super variado y abundante), la pileta y ubicación del mismo...! Volveremos sin dudar!!!

Viajamos desde Chile a san Rafael , nos encontramos con una muy linda ciudad alejada de los ruidos de la capital , los chicos de recepción , mucamas , personal de cocina y instalaciones todo ok , la cama muy cómoda , el frigobar , la estadía fué muy grata , además las personas en San Rafael son muy amables , de seguro volveremos a ir ,si Dios quiere.

Fui en septiembre, me encantó el hotel, muy buena atención los de limpieza, los de la pileta, recepción, la habitación era muy amplia, muy rico el desayuno, tienen un restaurante abajo, muy amable el personal y amorosos todos!! Tienen una pileta muy linda. Lo super recomiendo 👌

We had a wonderful time there! the service was one of the best we have ever received. The staff was very kind and respectful. Everything was clean and tidy. And I must recommend they breakfast, which is very complete and tasteful, specially due to the attention and outstanding Quality of the products.

Trato cordial de todo el personal, excelente atención, desayuno, limpieza, comodidad, calefacción en todos los ambientes, pileta spa super recomendable .Siempre hay personal disponible y predispuesto a la atención y buena ubicación y el WiFi funciona excelente en todo el hotel.
