The room was renovated and quite ok. But everything else was…well not so good…. There were several staff members working in the lobby, two of whom (possibly brothers) were quite rude. I booked the hotel through their website, and it was supposed to include breakfast, but then the email confirmation had a separate charge for breakfast. I didn’t notice this until I was checking out. I even had a screenshot of the reservation, but it didn’t matter, and I had to pay for breakfast separately. Additionally, the phone in the room was broken when we arrived, but the hotel claimed that we broke it, which we definitely didn’t. The service was rude, except for one person working at the front desk, the cleaner, and the breakfast server. They were nice. I won't be going back to this hotel. I traveled alone with two children, so perhaps it was easier to be rude to a woman. I have seen many hotels, but the service at this one was the worst. The breakfast was very basic: croisants, some cakes, ham, cheese, yoghurt, muesli, jam…
