Clean and tidy (if a little small room) and walkable to all areas. Centre of town so some nighttime noise including bin emptying and street cleaning. Great intro from reception with lots of info but daytime reception coverage only. Free coffee very nice when machine worked (failure happened out of hours!). Like many others we struggled to know what button to press (it’s the one with the big blue P) to gain access (within hours) and struggled even more to understand if we were talking to a real person or an automated voice. Just requires a more detailed check in procedure and a few pictures.

Excellent location. Nice room with a big bathroom. Comfortable bed. Our room had an outdoor patio. Cleaning service everyday. Free coffee in the main area all day. Friendly front desk staff. Gave us great tips on pintxo bars and restaurants and what not to miss in this beautiful city. I would highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is very nice, clean etc.
there is no front desk employee after 7pm
The neighborhood is VERY NOISY.
Yelling and loud conversations— until about 3am. Very difficult to get sleep. Obviously. Hotel should supply earplugs. Not being dramatic here.
