The hotel on the top of the mountain overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and the sunset. The room is clean and tidy.

The hotel is located in the middle of San Sebastian, far away from the city center. Unless you are traveling by car, don't stay here because the transportation is inconvenient. But the hotel is quiet and beautiful, and the rooms are comfortable, like a classic manor.

For the weekend maybe a quiet place to rest. But otherwise rather unsuitable for sightseeing. Reception distanced unfriendly. 4 stars too much. Old house. Breakfast very unusual. As in a coffee you order pastries tea etc.

Mio marito ed io abbiamo pernottato 3 notti nella recente vacanza nei Paesi Baschi spagnoli. L'albergo è molto carino, si trova in una splendida posizione sul monte Idalgo fuori San Sebastian , circondato da un bel giardino rigoglioso e curato. Non abbiamo utilizzto la piscina per la cattiva stagione. L'interno è curato con ampi spazi per la reception, bar e ristorante, di cui non posso dare commenti non avendoli utilizzati. La camera spaziosa, con letto ampio e comodissimo, bel panorama sul mare. Ottimo il bagno con vasca/doccia e pure il bidet, non così scontato anche in Spagna. Il personale alla reception molto gentile e disponibile. Parcheggio ampio e gratuito dell'hotel. Meglio spostarsi in auto, ma volendo con una buon passeggiata di 700 metri si arriva alla fermata dell'autobus per il centro della cittadina. Non capisco le recensioni negative, per me è consigliatissimo.

Beautiful setting, stunning views. Room very nice and spacious and best of all there was a bath! Facilities need updating though. Either a kettle in the room or a coffee vending machine would be good. Staff in the cafe need customer service training. Polite enough but not good when there's more than one customer waiting. Food could be better, although the snacks to buy were ok. In this day and age something hot for breakfast would be nice. They also need to get some decent tea bags. No wonder they don't like tea on the continent - they don't make it properly . With a few tweaks this could be a wow place to stay

Elegimos este hotel por aceptar perros. Ubicación muy tanquila y vistas estupendas. Hicimos la reserva y pedimos una habitación para tres adultos. La habitación era tan pequen̈a que la cama supletoria, quedava encastrada entre la ventana y la cama de matrimonio( sin espacio). Para ser 4 estrellas , deja mucho que desear. Falta de mantenimiento en general.
