Hotel bellissimo, pulito e di alto livello. Personale sempre molto cortese e disponibile. Usufruito delle terme, anch'esse ben attrezzate. Dobbiamo però segnalare i problemi avuti con la cucina, in quanto nonostante avessimo prenotato ad Ottobre e chiesto esplicitamente una cucina vegana con risposta affermativa, la stessa non era assolutamente presente. A colazione e al buffet non esisteva un'area dedicata e ogni pietanza mancante della descrizione ingredienti presenti nelle portate. Il menu serale sempre e solo con portate a base di carne e cibo di origine animale. Nonostante le nostre rimostranze, data anche la richiesta esplicita al momento della prenotazione, non siamo mai riusciti ad avere attenzione da parte della cucina. Peccato davvero, perchè ad oggi avere diverse cucine per vegetariani, celiaci, vegani, etc...dovrebbe essere all'ordine del giorno, soprattutto se richiesto esplicitamente.

Personale gentile e molto disponibile, cucina squisita, raffinata e per tutti i gusti. Struttura eccellente e spa davvero rilassante e bella. Servizio navetta per gli impianti da sci eccellente, sempre disponibile. Struttura ottima per vacanze rilassanti.

Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno all’Hotel Almhoff Call. La camera era spaziosa e ben arredata, la aree comuni ben strutturate e curate (in particolare ho apprezzato molto la sala da pranzo e la zona del bar) ed il cibo era molto buono e vario. L’unico eventuale “difetto” è la posizione rispetto alla piste (che comunque non sono lontane in ogni caso), che viene compensato da un servizio navetta veloce e flessibile. Abbiamo poi apprezzato molto la disponibilità di tutto lo staff, specie nei confronti dei bambini e nel poter tenere in camera il nostro criceto. Come location, per me San Vigilio di Marebbe rimane meravigliosa, sia d’inverno che d’estate. Cercheremo sicuramente di tornare

In diesem Hotel fühlen sich nicht nur Motorradfahrer wohl! Es stimmt einfach alles. Der Empfang ist herzlich, das Frühstücksbuffet inkl. toller Müsliecke! Eierspeisen werden frisch zubereitet! Kaffeesause mit zusätzlichen herzhaften Kleinigkeiten vom Abend (Nachhaltigkeit - super!). Abends startet man mit dem großartigen Salatbuffet und danach dann das täglich neu kreierte Menü (4 Gänge!). Last but not least: Die Zimmer sind hell und mit Balkon ausgestattet. Die Betten bieten Entspannung nach einer ausgedehnten Motorradtour oder Wanderung! Nächstes Jahr fahre ich wieder in den Almhof Call nach St. Vigil!

Ho soggiornato nella Panorama Suite e devo ammettere di essere rimasta a bocca aperta per la bellezza della stanza. Tutto oltre le mie aspettative. Molto belle anche le varie zone dell'hotel, dalla reception alle stanze per i buffet, il bar, la cena e la merenda pomeridiana. Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa che si potrebbe cambiare, sono le decorazioni di finta vegetazione nella zona piscina. Da sottolineare, non in ultimo, la gentilezza del personale, le ragazze alla reception, i camerieri, il sommelier e la bravura dello chef che ci ha deliziato con piatti gourmet molto buoni. Altra cosa che ho molto gradito è il silenzio e la pace che regnano. Sicuramente tornerei molto volentieri. Grazie

Wir waren bereits das dritte Mal im Hotel hier zu einem Event von Drive Elements. Alles wieder top. Der Service, super Frühstücksbuffet, das perfekte Abendessen …. und dann natürlich in Verbindung mit RTD 8 - top! Danke an das gesamte Team.
